I'm hoping I can use my submarine and capture Malta, or a small Greek island, so I can slowly assimilate them and build more subs and become the pirate king.

The GM is kinda unimportant here because this is one of those RPs where the plot is formed entirel by the actions of the players.
I'm just busy and distracted by other RPs.
