Am I allowed to be the highly autonomous Grand Duchy of Finland in the Russian Empire? It might make the eastern front a bit more interesting, and would make a nice point of conflict between Germany and what remains of Russia after the German invasion (and presumably revolution).

@Nerevarine Yes, it would probably help to freshen up the RP. So long as I don't have to alter my App too much.

Would it be a good idea to put it into a new interest check? Might attract some new people.

Though I may just be stating the obvious, as I haven't had any experience with RP restarts, despite being on RPG for a fairly long time.
