1) Yes, killing quickly is optional but recommended.
2) Character sheet looks good, aside from a few spelling/grammar mistakes.
3) Is Evvie pronounced "eh-vee" or "ee-vee"? I'm conflicted about which it would be.

1) I'll try to do so if it makes sense. A battle ending in as little as three posts could feel rushed to me most of the time unless they get some good content in those three posts, which is possible given the format here. I was mainly worried because in the arena a post is generally one attack, so someone could kill your battle hardened warrior in only three punches. The way this roleplay works it seems to alleviate that if the post is composed of multiple exchanges.

2) don't know if it was from the original sheet or the edits I did, which would make more sense. Or actually some of the grammar mistakes in the abilities and such could be intentional depending on what mistake because it saves words, omits periods at the end of only one sentance, etc. it wouldn't hurt for me to fix it anyways though. Could also be not capitalizing the first word of the sentance...which may or may not be on purpose as well. Mwahahahaha!

3) it's pronounced eve (as in Adam and Eve) and how you pronounce the letter v (unless you're from Great Britain and they pronounce it weird). The v is pronounced twice if you want the super accurate version but just saying ee-vee is so similar most might not notice. Some words in English are similar where we tend to make the two letters together into a single sound. For example, I think letter would be let ter. Don't know how many people actually pronounce it that way. Or maybe I'm just completely mistaken about that grammer.
(Please tell me about any concerns or things you wish more explanation on. I can see how I may have to limit some of her powers. I'd like for her to physically be at the top of things so may sacrifice other stuff if needed)

Evvie is kind of similar to Jormund, but oh well. There's bound to be some characters with some similar powers every now and again. I'll post Evvie anyways once I get her updated sheet made out.

Hmm...I forgot some of Evvie's nicknames.

EDIT: Posted the sheet but still need to add writing example and fix anything you need fixed.

EDIT: Due to being half dragon I imagine someone holding a grudge and racist against dragons due to them seemingly being all enemies here, or maybe a job as a dragon hunter in the past. Could be a good setup for a fight.
Ombard barely managed to skid to a stop at the edge of the opening chasm, the rocks kicked up in front of him tumbling into the abyss. He swung his arms wildly in an attempt to correct himself and was about to fall in when Evvie grabbed onto his lower abdomen and hoisted him backwards to safety. She was still in pain, but thanks to the shock of it fading she was now able to behave relatively normal again until the pain would wear off completely.

The two peered down into the deep chasm with curiosity for a moment, then towards each other, and then finally shifted their attention back to the man scrambling for safety on the other side. Evvie flapped her wings to easily carry herself over the gap, sticking her tongue out at the stranded Ombard. He let out a snarl as he began to navigate around the right of the chasm, never the greatest at jumping so couldn’t take his chances.

This delay could have given her opponent some time to retreat, although she believed that she would still easily catch him yet again if he didn’t try another trick. This time she knew to look out for his projectile attacks so she landed down and took after him the rest of the way on foot, prepared to dodge to either side of he tried that move on her again. Getting fooled twice would be an embarrassment far worse than the pain would be.

“Stop right there!” She shouted after him, even though saying such a thing was generally pointless. Her voice still sounded strained from the pain.
I'm sure you can prolong if both players agree, within reasonable limits. And, sure the execution thing works, though you'd have to be somewhat evil to have them at your mercy and still kill them, which I don't think the tournament requires.

And I suppose they don't have to say any dramatic last words, but I imagine people would want to roleplay their character's reaction to being mortally wounded.

Are you gonna use Evvie? :P

Yeah, perhaps you can wave your right to last words if desired.

I'm using Evvie. XD I'm going to alter her canon and powers somewhat for this version.

This is the best roleplay for her thanks to her personality causing difficulty winning otherwise. Not that it wouldn't cost her the win here either, but...
I'm assuming you don't have to go for a win after two in canon posts, though lalli' post implied the opposite. I'm guess that post was worded that way only for the assumption that someone would try to win at the first opportunity rather than that being the rule of law.

I imagine you can kill them in such a manner but only pausing to give them the last words, like Anakin versus Dooku. So the in canon post would end with them in position for certain victory that they can take after the opponents response. It would be more like an execution though.

I'm not the best at coming up with last words. Based on my character I'll submit (after work, sooner or later) she might do a congratulations of sorts for the epic battle as long as they fought fairly. For most people I imagine last words being incoherent babble and pleading, at least for civilian characters not mentally trained for death.
@Doc DoctorI got the Nintendo Switch with Legend of Zelda. Sorry for the distraction it has caused. I shall post tomorrow.
@ImportantNobody

I know. Still, wouldn't he want to at least try to pee into the hole? No? Damn.

Then a hamster jumps at and bites him in you know where as he does so.
Sure he might be curious, but it's not like he will jump his way into there when he has a battle to fight. XD
@ArenaSnow Er, hello. Guess you're considering?

<Snipped quote by ImportantNobody>
Not sure exactly what you mean there. The character itself sounds fine, as does the father. Like I said, the setting is pretty maleable at this point, so it's possible.
P.S. Half dragon, half demigod. Does that make them a quartergod?

I meant is there a one true religion or is every religion a character has somehow correct at the same time, but it seems the later is true.

The dragon father is a god, the mother is a normal human. She's long dead because my character reincarnates. My mythology is largely unexplored from that setting. Gods can be planet busting but not all powerful and somehow die and go into an afterlife. It took another God to kill him but one can assume a mortal could kill a god anyways, which is actually a joke for my multiverse when someone kills a god from another setting with ease, like the One Punch Man anime.

The version of my character used on the forum is heavily nerfed so don't worry about power level being too strong. The problem for her is mainly she's not the brightest so can be tricked and stuff. I generally want her to be physically more powerful than her opponent to make up for this, although in some battles that would take it seriously she would be limited to their power and more likely to make mental errors in judgement that leads to a poor win ratio.
