So, I guess Xhen and Jason are acquainted, since she babysits his dog? I'm thinking that it's barely out of puppyhood.
I honestly don't know how they'd treat each other, lol. I'm coming up blank. From what I see from their personalities, Jason is more laidback and cool-headed, while Garrett seems more abrasive and scornful.
I feel like a rivalry-like situation might come from it.
Oh, and Kimchi, the picture you found for Xhen is super pretty. I was a bit surprised at the quality when I saw it, to be honest.

Appearance: Standing at the height of 6" even, Jason is a young man with fairly pale skin, feathery-light black hair[seeming dark blue in some lights], and intelligent, ocean blue eyes. His physique is toned and athletic, due to a fairly constant training regime in the gym, and his clothing style is fairly casual - nothing too dark nor colorful. He's a bit utilitarian in that regards, having no real interest in dressing up fancy. T-shirts, jeans, and boots or sneakers is pretty much his usual attire, with jackets and long-sleeves thrown in when necessary.
True Appearance: In his 'True Appearance', not much changes. Jason's hair stays the same naturally spiky style, yet a low pony-tail grows, going down his waist much like Yasuo's own shaggy hair. His clothing changes as well, becoming a carbon copy to Yasuo's - only with a few key differences. The colors are inverted - more of a darker black, with ocean-blue designs and accents. The pauldron on his left shoulder is the same steelish-blue color, and razor-sharp. The shin and arm guards stay the same as well. When in his True Appearance, Jason's abilities are enhanced to a higher degree.

Way Of The Wanderer Due to the natural movement of wind flowing through the air, Jason's body is naturally faster than average - more agile and nimble. In addition, as his body moves, the wind around him begins to circulate his body, not seeable to the naked eye - unless you count the wind flowing through his hair. Getting physically attacked dispels the wind.
Steel Tempest As quick as the air itself, Jason thrusts his sword forward, the blade feather-light, yet sharp enough to pierce through steel. Each use of this ability causes forceful, razor-sharp wind to surround his form, and his blade. With only a slash of his sword, Jason can send all of the wind flying forward in a whirlwind cyclone, cutting into enemies while also sending them flying into the air.
Wind Wall With only a gesture, Jason can summon a wall of wind to protect him and his allies from physical and ranged attacks. If the ranged attacks are physical, there's a high chance of the wind sending the attacks flying back towards the original sender.
Sweeping Blade As swift as the wind itself, Jason can blur through the battlefield like a bird of prey, moving from enemy to enemy. As he darts through the battle, Jason can knock enemies into the air from the wind moving off of his figure.
Last Breath When an opponent is knocked into the air, Jason moves instantly, appearing in the air beside them. With lightning fast slashes of his blade, he carves into the enemy, before slamming them back into the ground, doing massive damage. If multiple opponents are knocked into the air and they are near each other, Jason can attack them all at once, the wind around them coalescing on his blade, increasing the range of his slashes.
Personality: When you first meet him, Jason comes off as a guy that keeps to himself. Not socially awkward or antisocial - he simply enjoys the peace and quiet of being alone, and that tends to put him in situations where he can relax by himself. However, when interacting with others, he is a very cool-headed, seemingly laidback young man. Although seemingly laidback, Jason is also intelligent and confident in himself and his abilities, and because of this, he doesn't allow anyone to talk down to him, authority figure or not.
Though cool and collected, Jason is not someone who will follow orders blindly. He is simply more of a...'solo player', neither a follower nor specifically a leader. He does have a nice sense of humor, once you get past his outwardly cold and/or apathetic demeanor. His humor/teasing is mostly dry and sarcastic, and he is easily able to take a joke, usually responding back with a quick-witted rebuttal.
In general, he isn't a dry, bland, and cynical husk - his humor, free-thinking, and relaxed aura is what balances the apathy and inherent coldness.
Whenever he gets angry, Jason doesn't scream or rage. Anger tends to make him even more focused than he usually is, and a lot more dangerous. His anger is rare, however, and Jason is usually a nice guy.
His hobbies include;; Reading manga and books, watching anime and old movies, drawing, cloud and star gazing, working out, and studying philosophy.
Short Biography: Jason doesn't much care for his childhood. Since his mother was a housewife, and his father sold antiques all over the world, they often traveled, meaning that he didn't quite make friends wherever he stayed. They usually moved after a few weeks or so, on to the next city or state - and even the next country, every year or so. Because of the constant moving, Jason learned a few lessons - How to survive life without making close relationships, How to speak in Spanish, Japanese, and German, and How to entertain himself when he's stuck in a RV for hours with shitty wifi.
The answer to the last lesson was simple - video games. He tried out many games, but he always ended up going back to League of Legends. It was a very tactical and annoyance-inducing game, one that his laptop barely ran at a decent FPS, but it was fun. Yasuo was his favorite - dominating the Top and Mid lanes with high DPS. Making people angry was the best part. Fast forward time, and he was finally on his own, at the age of 19. He had enough money in his savings to get himself into college - a University of Oregon, in Darkwell. Presently, Jason is a student with good grades and a semi-decent apartment. He works as a bus-boy at a diner, part-time.
Other: His sword, a carbon copy of Yasuo's, is present in both his Normal Form and his True Form. The only difference is, in his Normal Form, the sword can be manifested and de-manifested on command. In his True Form, it is permanently manifested on his hip, in it's sheathe.

Once a street pup who was on the verge of dehydration, Gnar was taken in by Jason once he found the poor canine on his way home from work. It's namesake comes from it's very...playful and mischievous personality. Gnar is an incredibly excited bundle of energy, although it knows when it is wrong, and can utilize the 'sad puppy-dog face' extremely well. It's a very intelligent puppy, and it is very protective of Jason, despite the trouble it gets into. It loves watching anime with Jason, and tends to attempt stunts from the more action-y shows.
