Izaroth's approved - I'm sure he'll find his place given time. ^_^ And that means the Diavolo's Sun spot is open again, should anyone wish to dive in there.

I'll posht to the IC tomorrow and (finally) update/finish the CS spam.
Bounce... Was that a 'The Men Who Stare At Goats' reference on the end of your last post? ;3
"I'm alright! My back saved my fall..." Rico winced painfully, but he had a stupid grin on his face the whole time. He half-expected himself to make a clumsy mistake like that... For a moment he just stared up at her in complete silence, wondering what he should be saying or doing.

"You're uh.. you're not hurt, are you?" he asked sheepishly.
"I know..." Misa muffled. She could be heard moving on the bed inside the room, and a few moments later the door opened with a swirling blue wind, "I could really use a human pillow right now..."
"Now we wait..." Randy agreed, nodding once before checking the not-so-friendly friendlies he'd shot for life signs. Nope. His aim was still perfect, ...but now he wished he'd let at least one of them live. That dead eye of his didn't agree, and put down everyone in the room.

Thirty seconds passed, feeling like a damned hour thanks to the suspense of the situation, "Come on... SS operators don't take this long to respond, what gives?" Randy sighed heavily.
"Huh? I thought you said these survivors were in need of assistance. You think they're hostile, or maybe trying to bait good survivors into a trap?" Matt asked casually as the two left the comfort of the safe-warehouse. He kept his dagger handy, hoping he wouldn't have to use his rifle and attract more attention than he and Kate already had.
Hana sighed as she sat down beside her husband, resting her head on his shoulder and gazing up into his eyes, "I think it goes deeper than just love, you know? Joey and I are linked in a way that I can't put into words... Like we're meant to be together," she said before kissing him on the cheek.

Aegis rolled his eyes at the sight of teachers getting all ridiculous and lovey dovey, "I would have no idea," he muttered as he stroked Emily like a pet. Honestly he had no clue why she was clinging to him, but.. it felt strange. Like he'd found peace somewhere in the back of his mind.

"Don't look so ashamed, Aegis~" Luka joined in, "Your teachers aren't even out of their teen years yet! Neither am I... We just happen to be an awesome bunch of mages, who are all still quite young."
"Morning, Doc'! ...Hello?" Rico had peered his head through the door to the infirmary, ready to get those final checkups and be done with this whole 'visit every single day' nonsense. Oversleeping was so much better... Well, the good doctor wasn't there. Who was there, was a girl that Rico hadn't seen before. Or maybe he hadn't taken notice.

"Hey, uh... Where's everyone else?" he asked. For a moment he went completely silent, his eyes examining the nurse's face. Her hair, her features, those glasses...

Wow, she's pretty...
All of these are WIP - I'm just gonna kind of save my progress in this post until they're all done x3

Oh, here's a thing. The Diavolo don't actually have a 'Demon of Lightning' yet. If anyone wants to take up those roles, feel free to make 'em. Sun was also open, but Cronic more or less had a character READY for that role. I'll try and finish these all off before the weekend. ^_^

Diavolo Famiglia Boss - 'Kaoru'

"I'll come with you, let me just get a snack or something first..." Kate trailed off uncertainly as she pulled an ice-cold bottle of water out of a cooling box. To be honest, she was in need of sleep more than anything right now. Scouting with Matt took it's toll on the youngest one here - she was a college student - she had nothing on the Deltas.

Matt grabbed the raven-haired girl by the top of her head and forcefully walked her over to the sleeping area, "We don't need a sleepy sniper. Stay here. I'll go with Dave and check this out."

"But I'm-" Kate was interrupted.

"Tired. Now get some rest, you've earned it," the soldier smiled and messed with her hair before going over to join Dave at the entrance/exit to the safehouse. Reluctantly, Kate snuggled into a sleeping bag. It wasn't surprising she fell asleep so quickly after all the legwork. Another surviving soldier who was reading through old magazines got up and threw some blankets over their little sharpshooting friend, before returning to what he was doing.

"So, the dudes on the radio. Who are we going to check up on?" Matt asked.
(Gonna let this storyline go for a moment. We could switch between them. Less work, less confusion. ^_^)
"These boys tried to execute me the second I came to investigate. I heard something - suppressed gunfire, so I kicked the door in. Worst fears realised; there's the President, dead... Next thing I know, our own guys pull their damn guns on me." The other still-breathing agent in the president's office muttered.

He was new, but certainly not inexperienced. Randall Cross, or 'Randy' to most, was an ex-Force Recon marksman, one of the deadliest shots the country had to offer. After retiring from the USMC for reasons relating to the loss of several comrades, Randy was contacted by the Secret Service to act as a ballistics advisor - to determine where and when people may be able to take pot shots at the President himself. After successfully saving their leader once, the guy decided to join up for good.

...He'd never expected to be standing in the same room as the President himself. Even more so, he couldn't comprehend exactly what the hell had happened here. It was pretty obvious, but... why?

"Do we call it in? I already took out the assassins - we should be in the clear... God damn it, I can't believe this..."
Well, I'll get back to work on this startin' tomorrow! ^_^
