Current I'm gonna give this place another try. A few years ago college was stressful for me and I honestly don't remember the crap that went down. So, I'm the kind to forgive and forget.

Kicking me out of a Discord and banning me from a roleplay thread because I have the audacity to want to talk about guns, in a fandom where your characters shoot guns is asinine.

Alright, as long as is still get to keep the sword and armor. I was thinking of a character who is a knight like vampire, (because vampires who are actual warriors are cool, as opposed to Twilight ones.)
I’d be interested in this. I’d like to see some more factions that aren’t just equivalents to factions in the games though. Maybe it’s just the descriptions here, but it seems like they’re all basically an allegory for one that already exists. I’d be interested in hearing more details about them, to see how they’re different and how they’re similar.

Alright, perhaps I can be more in-depth with them. I sort of wrote this last night when it just came to me.

Well, the Producers are basically farmers and rednecks, so they're pretty "human" in character as being simply normal people trying to rebuild society, and go fishing and hunting every now and then.

The Walking Ghouls maybe aligned with the Controllers, but I liked the idea of having it possible to play a group of Ghouls who are sentient, but they also are at odds with others due to one reason or another. How they fight maybe different, but I was thinking they use melee weaponry a lot and have some pretty powerful hand-to-hand gear.

The Controllers are going to be antagonists, they really are just power hungry and want to "evolve" everyone. However, they also have technology to control mutants and get their money by selling chems.

The Marines are a mercenary faction with a very traditional soldier like culture. They maybe hired by the Controllers or sell their services to the Producers. Anyways, they have a Navy Seal and marine theme to them. They also love a odd combination of silent stealth combat, mixed with the use of explosives.

The Brotherhood is well, the Brotherhood of Steel. However, they're on neutral relations with the Producers simply because they realize that they don't have any dangerous and forbidden technology, oh and the Producers are willing to sell crops to them. Thus being humans who have to eat, and having a distance from the north, the Brotherhood tend to be somewhat more laxed in dealing with the townfolk.

The Congregation is sort of like a moderate Children of the Atom, with their biggest issue being their displeasure of Walking Ghouls. They're very small compared to the other sects of the Cult of Atom, but more sane in regards to not trying to kill everyone they meet.As stated above, they have a Southern Baptist or something akin to what you would find for a church in Atlanta as a theme.
Alright, I can deal with that.
I suppose, but knights are warriors.
I can play a vampire knight, I'm not much into romance but I love playing an undead warrior as he hacks and slashes delicious blood all over his armor to quench his unrelenting thirst.

Dwarfs are not my favorite faction in Warhammer Fantasy, but I can sure play as one.
Plot:

In the year 2289, the world had began to slowly pick up the pieces from the ruin of the Great War.While the world still lay in ruins, the sparks of civilization and hope begin to glisten. In particular, the city of Atlanta was soon recolonized by the Vault survivors as society began to progress very minute once more. Now, the Peach City has been revitalized, however. Various factions fight over control of "New Lanta" and for much bigger agendas. Survivors not only try to survive, but find purpose, wherever they can.

Rules:

1.Jaredthefox92 is the GM, so please work with me.

2.This will be a +18 Roleplay, violence, drinking, and even some cannibalism is possible.

3.Your character is not the Courier, the Lone Survivor, or the Wasteland Wanderer. They're a character just trying to make it through this world.

4.Your character can join a faction or start off in them! (However, you must play your role then.)

5.Karma is non-existent as far as overall meta-mechanics, yet your faction is how you play. (Unless you want to start out neutral.)

6.I expect some knowledge of Fallout.

7.This story takes place after the events of 4, yet the setting really should be "fresh" in character's backstories. Certain non-canon, or canon events from the games should be left out. (For instance: Ceasers Legion taking control of the Hoover Dam, the Courier taking control of Vegas, the destruction of the Institute or the destruction of the Pyrdwen is not recognized, or simply not known to most characters.)

9.There's no leveling, at least there's no quests as in "go do this", your characters act like how they would normally in such a world. However, there will be a Special and stats as far of how skilled they are at something. (This will be regulated as well, I'll get the template soon.)

10.Some factions maybe hostile towards others, or at least show animosity. I'll inform characters of this or try to guide the party into what they're supposed to do in these cases.

11.No fatmans, (your character is not going to get uber-powerful weapons without being a part of a faction, killing faction members, or working for the factions. There's no vault filled with all the miniguns you can handle.)

12.I shall play neutral mutants and insects, the only faction that can help me control these are well, the Controllers. (One perk of joining them, mutants at your control with mind-control tech. Possible giant ant companions!)

13.Your character can have one Companion, and you have to RP as them. (They also need a tiny bio or at least something to state as to why they're here.)

14.This is Fallout, your character can die very easily if you're not careful. Also, being "that person" is a sure way to have something bad happen. (Note: See rule #1, don't make me have to be a tough GM, I want people to have fun. Please work with us.)
Fallout is a rich and interesting universe, yet some regions of the universe have left untouched by the games and books. One region, would be the deep south. Thus, I thought it would be interesting to do a roleplay based around my region of the United States. While the conflict of the story, (like the factions who duke it out), is still a work in progress. The main theme would be survival, as is any Fallout game. Some faction ideas are as follows:

.The Producers: Basically the Minutemen of the story, (or to a lesser extent the NCR.) They're the rural "rednecks" who trade with the inhabitants of "New Lanta", and offer produce and whatnot. They have a Southern Gentlemen/Redneck/Cowboy flare and are very particular about their firearms.

(Join them if you like to be 'the noble farmer', or if you like guns 'n grub. They're the largest civilian faction, but they also have soldiers. Everyone likes them for obvious reasons, you got to eat.)

.The Walking Ghouls: Basically, an army of sentient ghouls, who also are angry at non-ghouls. They're led by a fanatical cult leader, (much akin to Bright of the Bright Brotherhood.) They could be a potential antagonist faction.

(Join these guys if you ever wanted to play Fallout from a Ghoul's perspective.)

.The Southeast Brotherhood: Basically, they're allies to the East Coast brotherhood, and much akin to the Brotherood in Texas.

(Join them, because they're the Brotherhood of Steel.)

.The Controllers: Basically, they're like the Institute, however they're very much into biological and chemical weaponry. They also want to spread plagues and convert people into super-mutants. Their HQ is none other than the Center of Disease Control.

(They're joinable, but unlike the Institute they don't hide with the facade of trying to advance technology, they're elitists with power-hungry goals. They also use mutants on the battlefield and get cool chem suits. Also, they have access to a lot of chems.)

.The Marines: Basically they're like the Gunners of the story, but joinable.Their base is in the port of Savannah, but they have expanded some. They like to use harpoon guns and like to use a bizarre combination of stealth and explosives.

(Is your character a merc? Do they want to make a lot of caps? Whelp, then join them.)

.The Congregation of the Atom: Yep, those guys are here too! However, they're much akin to the Children of the Atom in Megaton. Oh, and they're really small in numbers due to the closest thing to a nuclear plant not being inside the city. They're very Baptist themed, and surprisingly moderate.

(They're the comical faction, but also a nice change of pace from the more fanatical Children of Atom. Plus, they have a cool pastor as a leader. Very soul indeed.Joining them is like helping Megaton.)

New Lanta would be the name of the newly occupied city of Atlanta after the Great War, however the city is a big urban combat arena with various factions trying to seize control.
Sure thing

Use the template to make a character for this if you want, I haven't made the starter yet. I need to formulate and plan everything.
Set in the Warhammer Fantasy universe, this is an rather interesting idea; What if the Forces of Disorder races,(especially the furry ones), all joined together to go on a quest to bring about ruin to the Old World? While this is technically a furry fantasy "party" roleplay, it will have the grimdark themes of Warhammer.

Your character is from the various races of Disorder, or basically any race that is non-human. Your character will join a group of various races in a way to search for a quest for a mystical item of great power. Will they succeed or suffer in their journey?

Rules:
1.While this is going to be in the Warhammer Fantasy universe, you're clear by me, the DM to come up with some slightly lore breaking or original characters. That is, you can experiment and I'm not 100% uptight about the lore. (As long as it makes sense.)

2.Your character must be a furry or a creature. This means the following races are allowed:
.Skaven
.Beastmen
.Norscan creatures
.Undead vampires
.Vampires
.Harpies
.Greenskins
.Firmir
.Vampire Coast sea creatures
.Daemons of Chaos
.Tzeentchians
.Nurgle creatures.
.Trolls
.Werewolves
.Chaos Spawn
.Daemons of Khorne and Slaanesh

3.I'm the GM, so even if I don't do something that's 100% lore friendly, please respect my judgement in calls about the plot.

4.Just a warning, your character may die.

5.Read all this and don't like the plot? That's fine, just refresh your page or perhaps just click to something else.I'm trying this roleplay on various forums and abroad, be please be thankful I'm sharing it here.
