Yeah, sounds good. I feel like 3 days was enough time for him.
Shane stared into the woman's eyes, terrified. "F-Freeze?..." The kid simply mumbled, as the woman spoke about murdering children. Did she have everyone in the village killed, too? Shane still had a small hope that perhaps, the pirates would have simply destroyed the village and stopped at that. But now, it seemed much more unlikely. "Please...let me go!" He pleaded. He was trying to avoid bringing up Molly in any way.
Shane struggled to break free from the woman's grasp, gritting his teeth in pain as the woman pulled on his hair.

"Do...do you mean the fruit in the chest? Tasted...bad.." The boy blurted out.
Flin glanced at the people in the room, somewhat disoriented as he tried to make sense of what was going on. One moment, he was alone in the library. Then, he was met with a bright flashing light. Now he was here, surrounded by people that he'd never seen before in medieval suits. He certainly did not recognise anyone from school. "Uh...what?" He mumbled, as a man stepped forward and began to mention stuff about four Heroes and them being called here. Flin's face turned from disbelief into irritation. It seemed clear to him that this was some type of elaborate prank, one that was executed very well at that.

"Listen...I don't know how you jokers pulled this off, but I have a lot of work to do. I don't have time for..." He spoke, but then glanced at his right hand. He was holding a spear, it's tip razor-sharp and it's colour as red as flame. When did he even end up grabbing it? The discovery only added to Flin's confusion. He tried to release it, but his hand refused to do so. He glanced over towards the other sharp object in his immediate vicinity, the golden sword that the Sword Hero was holding. He backed up a bit. Despite still believing that it was some kind of joke, that sword and his spear sure seemed to be made out of real steel. Regardless of what was going on, he certainly didn't want to get stabbed. He didn't believe what Hans Copper had told them for even a second, despite listening to every word.
"Aaaahh!!" Shane yelled, as his body slammed against the floor. As he grinded to a halt, the boy tried to get up. But his exhaustion, combined with the sheer pain that he was feeling, merely allowed him to slightly push his body upwards with his hands. Even if he did have energy left, what would it matter? What could he possibly do?

"S-shit..." He mumbled under his breath, contemplating on what to do. Was this how he was going to die? He had no intention of answering the woman at all, believing that it wouldn't matter anyway.
Shane was frozen in fear as the woman opened the closet. He hoped that she hadn't noticed Molly yet. He didn't know how to react. What could he even do, right now? Apologise and beg for his life? Try to fight this woman somehow? Should he try to make a run for it, leaving Molly behind?

The boy just stared at the Captain, waiting for whatever she would do to him.
Yeah, no worries bud

I'll make sure he sticks with everyone else, I apologise if I gave off the wrong impression there. I enjoy teamwork a whole lot

He might not like being around strangers, but that's just how his personality is. He's smart enough to realise that running off on his own won't do anyone any good

That way, I also won't be giving you any extra work when it's not needed
I mean, I'm sure that's how a lot of people feel when they're bullied, but point taken

Don't worry, I'll be sure not to make him a Kirito lol. Running around alone would be foolish.

He won't be going solo, it's just more like people needing to earn his respect sort of thing.
Shane was as quiet as possible, but he glanced towards Molly who was sniffling. It was a clear sign that she was going to sneeze. He couldn't see her too well within the closet. "Hold it in..." He whispered to his sister. Their situation was quite horrible. He shuddered to think what would happen if they were discovered now. He felt terrified, and tried not to make any noise himself.

Biography:

Flin was born to a family of decent standing. His father was a hard-working man, always doing his best to provide for his family. He worked in construction, which got him a good bit of money. His mother, however, was rather fragile in mind and body, making it difficult to keep up with any kind of job. As a result, her husband was required to bear the load, to earn money for the family. He did so with pride, however. They weren't exactly poor, but they certainly didn't have much money left at the end of the month. It was enough to survive. They'd always been kind to Flin, despite everything. And Flin was more than happy to help around the house.

Flin was quite the bratty individual at his high school in America, and was one of the coolest kids. Or at least, that's what he told himself. He wasn't always this way, though. When he was younger, he was more of a geek and hung out with the more anti-social, but nicer kids. But he was always picked upon by those who came from wealthy families, those who acted like they were better than him. His friends cared for him, but they never helped him when he needed it the most. The bullying lasted for several years. It was rough, but it taught Flin one important lesson. The only one who could truly help him, was himself.

After that, Flin began to change. He would start lashing out at bullies more violently, and be by himself. He was still trying to be the best person he could be, only fighting back out of self-defence. In essence, he was a kind person, but rough around the edges. After one of many fights, he was told to write 40 pages of "Treat others with respect." He chose to do to in the school's library, where it was nice and quiet. After a while, he decided that it was time for a break, and began to search through bookcases for interesting books. Eventually, he grabbed a strange book, and then it happened...
