Once Jinx was asleep, Jin shook his head. Out of all the places the woman chose to fall asleep on the floor, hardwood flooring at that. Picking Jinx up, the man quietly and easily moved her to the guest room and into a proper bed. Making sure all of her belongings were in there after doing so and shutting the door behind himself. Going back to the very same chair which he sat earlier, holding the very same pendant. Different thoughts washed through his mind then before.
Jin couldn't refrain from thinking of the words Jinx spoke. Overall the man was absorbing not only those details, or the words similarly spoken by another friend, but his life overall. Staying within this cabin, biding time till the usurpers of his past came to his doorstep. Was that truly the best course of action? Would a dearly loved friend, who was now dead, appreciate or wish for Jin to be living alike he did till this point? This contemplation consumed him, until falling asleep in the very chair which he sat. A feat or act which was not uncommon for Jin in the slightest.
Eventually several hours passed, Jin shifted in his sleep. possibly from a dream or nightmare and caused him to wake up. Noticing night breaking, Jin decided it would be good to perform some early morning training. Especailly before the plans which were made for later in the day. Not waking Jinx, Jin leaves the cabin and travels to the lake with buckets in hand.
Arriving at the lake, Jin did not notice Fae, immediately going to the water source to fill the buckets. Leaving the buckets on the shore, Jin walks a bit further inland and begins his morning ritual. Closest thing one could relate this training routine to, would be Kung fu or something of the like. Eyes pretty much closed, Jin slowly made his movements. On rare occasions his pace or actions would be issued rather swiftly.
Lance didn't hold much thought to the final comment which Isla made. Loss of love ones, hell even friends, proves to be a horrific thing. And that's an understatement. Focus seeped into their environment. Before sleeping, if any were had at all, Lance spent a great deal of time studying or merely observing around himself. So far, nothing out of ordinary or of worry was taking place. Though as usual Lance did not fall asleep for some time. Even then Lance would still be 'half awake' or easily roused. Unable to enter deep/full slumber.
Minutes folded into hours, then dawn would eventually pierce through the sky. Maybe not the very fist sign of sunlight, but not long after Lance would wake up again. Once completely conscious, attention would direct towards Isla, to confirm if she was still nearby.
