How's everything going in this thread? Guessing there is no open slots? However, even if the RP is full i had to at least ask. Along with compliment this GM for making a concept that absolutely peaks my interest! Along with everyone involved who has characters which i am having a hard time not reading to the fullest. haha
Jin "Sin" Baal

Jin and Jinx began their journey towards Thalburn. Jin let curiosity slay him, finally asking what plan she had in mind.

"What exactly is your golden idea?"

Jin wasn't exactly sure if he'd regret this question. Though, despite the stability or believability of the story. Jin didn't have much worry about what would happen if they were discovered to be Magi.

Lance Eisert

Movement forward was halted, full extent of power not even close to being exposed, sound of electricity crackled and popped. Lance stared with wide eyes at the leader who now held up a hand engulfed with lightning. Throwing his scimitars (metal weapons) behind himself and away from his enemies, Lance begins to control the metal with his magi-power, controlling it's trajectory or movements. Swiftly as the swords shot backwards, they changed course and went spinning into the sky. Only to soar downward and impale each bandit in the skull. However, before Lance could walk towards his weapons, lightning arced from the Leader and hit the two scimitars. This act not only disabled grasp of his own weapons. But transformed the bodies into complete ash.

"I thought i told you, this battle is over?"
Jin "Sin" Baal

Traveling back home, Jin arrived at the front door with both buckets of water. Once the water was properly stored for later usage, Jin did several things. Firstly, stated presence of being back, along with checking to see if Jinx was awake. Upon entering the cabin Jinx was in her room, thus Jin had yet seen her. Second, Jin grabbed a small pack, and filled it with various necessities, for the plan made last night Thalburn. While inside his room, Jin also grabbed his cloak. Time didn't go incredibly long before Jin stood near the doorway of his home. Awaiting for Jinx.

"If ya need anything just ask, but i should have our bare essentials in this bag. Once you are prepared we can leave for Thalburn."

Lance Eisert

Throughout the scuffle against the bandits Lance lost track of Isla. Don't get the wrong idea Lance didn't simply evade the attack and allow bandits to pursue Isla. More like, Lance created a diversion and directed the bandits to another location while simultaneously loosing track of Isla. Four bandits were slain during the relocation of the fight. (Others may have perceived this 'relocation maneuver' to have been a more 'tactical fleeing' than anything. Standing still Lance observed the battlefield that existed....

Three bandits stood, one center, to the left, and to the right, directly in front of Lance. Each of Lance's hands wielded a sword similar to a scimitar. Even further behind, the three closest targets, stood the leader who just recently showed himself. While the leader spoke, another bandit was killed.

"Give up. You may have killed these fools, but you don't stand a chance against my ability."
Roll call may or may not be a good idea. Now that I think about it. (Go for it, if ya feel.)

Taking into consideration of recent information. Faintly debating switching RP Open again because of the reason i'm about to explain.

Two of our players (alidamaria & thatrpgirl) will be on temporary hiatus for undisclosed amounts of time.

Leaving myself, @LetMeDoStuff.....

@KiraVanhelsing

@Darlit Glitch

@Hippo AF

@Silver

Giving us room for another, or even two. However, still not entirely sure.
*Steps on cricket upon walking in.* Hell no. It's only begun.

Probably going to ease up on the posting rule/turn rule. If we keep having this lack of posting/dry spell. Been givin' me more time for plotting though.

Stance fluently, yet quickly, directed towards Fae. Position didn't move closer to the newcomer. Though a step was taken enabling the nearest water bucket to be within limbs-reach. Most of Jin's perception studied the man, while a faint portion stayed on guard for any more newcomers. "I've found it can take more than a peaceful atmosphere to escape your mind. Or should i say memories of past?" A weak chuckle broke his speech. Monotonous voice now taking a more serious shape. "If you're not hostile, you can call me Jin." Attention of Jin didn't exactly catch Fae's ability. Also knew nothing about the man. Possibly explaining the lack of trust. As previous statement may insinuate. I'm just a man enjoying temporary solace during a journey of agony"Who are you, might I ask?" Despite the lace of seriousness in his demeanor or tone, Jin's face still displayed a horrifically monotonous expression. Jin could of asked more, would of, instead stayed focus on other things. Overloading Fae with questions was something Jin would also enjoy avoiding.

Observing Campsite of Isla & Lance

Several (seven) bandits, thieves, outlaws, whatever you wish to call them peered from a collection of brush or hiding spot. Few even checking their equipment, or secured their attire. (Bandanna knots, shoe laces.) weak mutters transpired between select men as they watched their target. Degrees of uncertainty filled the group, mostly revolving around possibility of Lance or Isla possessing threatening powers. Though lack of scenario clarity did not infringe on the Bandits plans.

Traveling to any blind-spots of the camp were overly tedious or risked being noticed. Thus a straight forward and swift, hopeful, ambush would need to happen and overwhelm the two. The bandits considered their advantage of three and a half members to one enough to fuel their quick advances towards the camp. Sight of the Bandits would of happened long before hearing their footsteps or actions, at least for Lance. However with Isla and Lance sleeping, who knows what could happen next.
I'll be posting very soon. (Sorry for the delay(s) currently) Don't worry, this rp is far from forgotten. ^_^
I will post soon as possible. Holidays are at full swing at my place. So am faintly busy.
Still awaiting for one more person to post. May have to post soon anyways, just to keep the RP going.

Also, wanted to make sure you all know i didn't vanish, or lose interest. ^_^

Once Jinx was asleep, Jin shook his head. Out of all the places the woman chose to fall asleep on the floor, hardwood flooring at that. Picking Jinx up, the man quietly and easily moved her to the guest room and into a proper bed. Making sure all of her belongings were in there after doing so and shutting the door behind himself. Going back to the very same chair which he sat earlier, holding the very same pendant. Different thoughts washed through his mind then before.

Jin couldn't refrain from thinking of the words Jinx spoke. Overall the man was absorbing not only those details, or the words similarly spoken by another friend, but his life overall. Staying within this cabin, biding time till the usurpers of his past came to his doorstep. Was that truly the best course of action? Would a dearly loved friend, who was now dead, appreciate or wish for Jin to be living alike he did till this point? This contemplation consumed him, until falling asleep in the very chair which he sat. A feat or act which was not uncommon for Jin in the slightest.

Eventually several hours passed, Jin shifted in his sleep. possibly from a dream or nightmare and caused him to wake up. Noticing night breaking, Jin decided it would be good to perform some early morning training. Especailly before the plans which were made for later in the day. Not waking Jinx, Jin leaves the cabin and travels to the lake with buckets in hand.

Arriving at the lake, Jin did not notice Fae, immediately going to the water source to fill the buckets. Leaving the buckets on the shore, Jin walks a bit further inland and begins his morning ritual. Closest thing one could relate this training routine to, would be Kung fu or something of the like. Eyes pretty much closed, Jin slowly made his movements. On rare occasions his pace or actions would be issued rather swiftly.

Lance Eisert

Lance didn't hold much thought to the final comment which Isla made. Loss of love ones, hell even friends, proves to be a horrific thing. And that's an understatement. Focus seeped into their environment. Before sleeping, if any were had at all, Lance spent a great deal of time studying or merely observing around himself. So far, nothing out of ordinary or of worry was taking place. Though as usual Lance did not fall asleep for some time. Even then Lance would still be 'half awake' or easily roused. Unable to enter deep/full slumber.

Minutes folded into hours, then dawn would eventually pierce through the sky. Maybe not the very fist sign of sunlight, but not long after Lance would wake up again. Once completely conscious, attention would direct towards Isla, to confirm if she was still nearby.
