Superhero Appearance: He started out wearing really long black robes he found at a cosplay shop. After tripping many, many times within three days, he switched to black robes that extend to just above his ankle, plus a necklace with an amethyst crystal.
Personality: Drystan is very mature for his age, except around his friends. In ordinary disputes, he's a pacifist, and in a crime he will try to quickly resolve the situation with minimal damage. Unfortunately, he's easily discouraged and lacks some self-confidence, which is possibly where his pacifistic nature stems from. He has an absurdly large sweet tooth, and he's constantly eating something sweet. He doesn't go out of his way to interact with people until he's made friends with them.
Equipment: A Limiter, a sort of bracelet-y thing he wears. It's supposed to keep his power levels in check so that he doesn't teleport himself to the top of a mountain (again), but it's a little bit broken and has a habit of shutting itself off. He can gauge his power settings by level: Level Seven being almost unnoticable, and Level Zero meaning the limiter is off and Drystan is screwed.
Abilities:

-Teleportation: Drystan can teleport himself, and sometimes objects/passengers, to a desired location.
-Telekinesis: Drystan can move objects with his mind.
-Healing: Drystan has minor healing abilities. Basically good enough if you fell off your bike and cut your knee. Broken bone? Yeaaaah, you're on your own.
-True Sight: Drystan has the ability to see through illusions, and occasionally has visions of the past or the future.
-Sixth Sense- Drystan generally knows when he's being watched or when something isn't right.
Skills:
-Drystan has some first-aid training.
-Amateur backgrounds in classical dance, martial arts and gymnastics. Basically knows enough to kick you in the face or do a roll. He's not pulling flying triple-backflip spinning lotus-style fire kicks here.
Brief Backstory: Adopted at birth, Drystan lived out his early life as the adopted son of a baker, trying to find something he was good at. This was made more complicated when he came into his psychic abilities. Now he's a part-time hero and a freshman in high school.
