Gerwazy was quite disappointing that he did not get the answer he wanted, but decided to keep it to himself. "I can assure you," He says. "That I am here on orders to protect and aide Prince Erik, so I will accompany him on this trek to catch a king." His black eyes turning a slight icy blue. "But make me one thing clear, Neither my country or I approve of this. You will be hearing from the people above me."

"U-Umbreon!" Lucian yelled as he saw his beloved Pokemon. He started jogging to it. As the Umbreon came closer to Lucian, it became quite clear that the usual yellow bands were blue. The Umbreon tackled Lucian, knocking him to the floor. As Lucian was lying on the floor, he was laughing. He was genuinely scared for losing his Umbreon.

"Why did you run off?" Lucian asked. The Pokemon responded "I saw something shiny, I went to investigate, and I lost you guys. I'm so sorry!" Lucian hugged the Umbreon, "its fine, buddy. Lets head out." He stood up and looked at Regan. "Thank you so much, I don't know what I would have done if I lost Umbreon."

Gerwazy pipes in. "Allow me to introduce myself, I am Gerwazy Casimir of Kuro. I am a laguz here on a diplomatic mission and to aid my brethren in this time of crisis. Allow me to extend my regrets for your fathers death. While it is troubling times, I also come with news of my homeland. We do not approve of the treatment of the Laguz in Miricia."

He steadies himself and continues speaking. "My kind have always been in conflict with your kind, but this is not what your father would have wanted. Your emergency of state is nothing more than a hate crime. I ask you, no, I beg you, let my people free."

Gerwazy sighed relief. His tactic paid off. He looked at Prince Erik and bowed. "My liege, I come looking for you. I am Gerwazy Casimir of Kuro. I am here on diplomatic terms."

Lucian starts to calm down. "Thank you so much, and Arceus forbid, I don't even know your name." He brushed himself off and offered out his hand for a handshake. "I'm Lucian, and this is Gardevoir."

Personality: Lucian is a timid young boy, who has his head in the skies. Most of the time, he could be seen doing something artsy (whether it be theater, writing, or just drawing) on the plains of Rhando Island. He absolutely loves his two pokemon, and sometimes refuses fights because he is scared they might get hurt.
Background: Lucian was born into a wealthy family from the Kalos region. His estate was large and the family's ego was larger. The Tucker family were avid in using pokemon in the workforce, no matter the means. Lucian always sympathized with the pokemon, leading to his family straight up out casting him at times. Unlike his hot headed and prideful sister (who was to be the head of the family estate and company), Lucian was timid and bashful. Once he turned seventeen, he decided he had enough. He brought his two pokemon (that he captured in secret) and set off to the world.

Out from the distance, you could hear a young man nearly having a mental breakdown.

"Umbreon!! Where are you!!" He was yelling. Next to him was a Gardevoir, who looked equally as scared as him. The thought of him just getting here and already losing his beloved partner is crushing for Lucian Tucker. "Come on Gardevoir, is there anything you can do?" Gardevoir just shook her head at him.
