So, uh, I believe it's Rare's turn to post?
And Warren's post, written by me, is up! We can now continue!
[As Warren due to SirBeowulf's absence]

Warren finally stepped out of the train, his robotic friend Howard almost soundlessly following him. As soon as he stepped off the train, he stooped down and started fiddling with an access panel.on Howard, much to the latter's chagrin. Or, at least, as chagrinned as a robot could be, judging by it's disapproving bleeps and boops.

"Hang on, Howie. Just checkin' to make sure you're not getting rusty, is all," he said, as he screwdrivered a panel off. Howard complained by moving away from Warren as he did this, and Warren gave up. "Alright, have it your way. Lemme' just put this back on."

After a quick reattachment of the panel and a pep-talk from New Castle, Irina mentioned sending Howard into the subway car as an advance scout.

"But it might be dangerous! He might get hurt in there!" Warren joked, fully aware a mobile gun platform made of pure metal would probably be able to deal with whatever threat was in there, unless the inhabitants of the city had EMP grenades suddenly.

Warren just gave his little buddy a pat on the back; or at least, as close to a back the rover had, and gave it an encouraging "Go show 'em what you're made of," as Howard went off, into the unexplored subway car.
To expound on what Beo said, I should be posting for him sometime today, hopefully.

Whenever he talks to me on mobile, anyway. >:T
Sifter's gone, so I don't really know. Should we just continue on without him for a bit and just have his character lag behind? I'm sure we'll be able to find a reason why one of our squad is mysteriously quiet.
Worst case scenario, Beo, you can just bloop me on steam vaguely what you want your character to do and I'll write it up for you. :P

Or, we could just be attacked and seperated immmediately or something funky.

Or we'll just go reeeaaaaally slow. Anything works, really.

Well, shit. I guess 'MERICA ain't going to be too proud tonight. I come home to a still broken computer and neither of my parents wish to let me use theirs. So, pootis.Guess I'll have to try again tomorrow. In the mean time I've got Jack Shit to do.

:c

Fix your computer, Beo. I'm getting lonely without you to bug on Steam!

EDIT: And I stole the 100th post. HUZZAH, IT IS MINE
You have failed us, Beo.

NOW WE WILL NEVER SAVE AMERICA

AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT

I am having too much fun with these emotes.
A straight-up infantryman? That's actually probably for the best, since we didn't have anyone that was purely for just, well, shooting things in an average firefight.

I mean, we got an engineer with a drone and a rifle, an assault that's primarily about getting in close, a long/medium range sniper, a heavy with a mech suit and a shotgun, and a stealthy operative. Now that we have a generic infantryman, I'd say we have a pretty well-rounded squad.

Hell, this is startng to feel like a game of XCOM. (except we can actually shoot straight)
AAAAAAND I have already jumped on the IC with my first post.

GUYS, Y'ALL ARE LAGGING BEHIND

WE GOTTA SAVE 'MURICA
