Elouviana Zashira!

Location: Floor 1 - Town of Beginnings, obtaining leather[interacting with Starkette @Morose

Elou's tail swished softly as the creator told them that they were all going to die, they couldn't get out, the game was now on hardcore mode, and he was basically a colossal prick. The last one might have been a bit of paraphrasing, or putting words in his mouth, but Elou didn't really care. Panic and disbondancy could work, in this situation, but she was reminded of her friend's comment about worrying. 'Why worry? If you can do something about it, then do it, instead of fretting. If you can't, then why worry?' It was certainly an interesting point of view, but she could see where it was coming from, and tried to live by it. To some limited sucess.

Not being a Beta tester, or confident enough in her skills to try stepping up to them, she took off to the plains outside of the town, to go kill some boars. Maybe they would drop some leather and she could make something out of it? She had looked at the crafting system and it seemed pretty indepth, so she was interested to see what she could churn out. While wandering, she saw a rather cute girl with flowing white hair and a decently customized starter gear, so she ran over to her, waving rather manically and exclaiming loudly to get her attention. "Hallo! White haired girl!"
Leaves! your absence in the old thread made me sad!
The People of Amypras

A wind blew through the great plains of Amypras, and whistles through a ruins of a castle older than most of the kingdoms today. Brought low by the weight of time as it was, there was still shelter within the great husk for those who knew how to find it. And there, sat half a dozen men, in black cloaks that covered them whole, and bows that, while plain, struck an imposing figure for anyone who looked. They were here, stationed in the ruins of a border fort, because the Foresight had told them the borders would soon become alive with activity, and they could not allow strangers to wander in their lands unbidden and unchecked.

Every man, every Reaver with this power of Foresight, knew that their God was bored, depressingly so. For they had but a fragment of her power and could see what would happen before it did. As such they did not talk, as everyone of them had seen the conversation in it's entirety, and rehashing what had already happened would be a wasted effort. To have such a power as their God's, who could strech years in the fore-knowing, must have made life dank, dull, and not worth living. The only upside is that she was practically impossible to trick, or caught unaware. And that, was a poor consoltation indeed.
Shrapnel grenades don't really exist in 40k. You've only got Frag and Kraks in the FFGs. TGo my knowledge, at least. Technology in the 40k went way backwards, so maybe the lost Shrapnel tech, or just didn't bother with it.
Yea, it isn't much. But, unless you are homebrewing some grenade, normal frags only have about Blast (3) which means you need 30+ agility to dodge them if you are the center of the AOE. 10 less Agility for every meter away from the center.
Can't I try dodge? Grenades don't have a high blast rating, and I got 3 agility bonus.
Elou brought her rifle up for a second shot, giving herself a few seconds to scan him over and see the best place to shoot, and then lining her a shot perfectly. She took a breath, held it, and then gently squeezed the trigger, the crack of her long-las ringing out as the beam roared towards her target, and hit at the base of his skull. Unarmoured as it was, and pin-point accurate, the laser beam sliced through flesh and bone, decapitating him as effectively as a sword would. Ironic, considering the Khorne god that they worshipped, and the obsession with skulls. After the shot had made contact, she looked up from the scope, and examined the battlefield, still huddled in her Cameoline so as to hopefully avoid notice.

Fate Point'd to re-roll.

Would that kill him, so I could post a killshot if it did in my post?
