That'd be me! I like the show Supernatural(for the most part) and would love to take part in an original storyline based from that universe. ^_^ That is, if you mean the show. If you just mean supernatural creatures in general, that's cool too. I just would like a bit of clarification on that front so I know how to build my character.

Deep within the wild woods of the Alaskan Mountains there is a gateway, hidden by spells and enchantments from the eyes of humans. It it rumored among the inhuman species and mutant beings of the world that this doorway leads to a safe haven for all inhuman and mutant beings. Little is known of it, but it is said to be run by a mysterious caretaker and it has long been said that the haven itself is a large manor, complete with grounds and cabins spanning at least a hundred acres. It is a place of safety from the harsh realities of the outside world, but beware, for the manor has it's own secrets and is not without it's dangers. Come and see what glories and horrors might hide within the trees of the forest and the rooms of the manor. One thing is for sure, those who enter the haven will find that life will never be the same.

So, there are a few rules and guidelines I want to point out. Nothing too harsh, but I do expect them to be followed.

1. No god modding, OOC in the IC, or any other breaking of forum rules. Duh.
2. Please write at least a paragraph(minimum of three sentences) per post.
3. You can create pretty much any kind of fantasy character you can think of. Sentient beings preferred. :P
4. NO NORMAL HUMANS! You can create a human character, but they must have some sort of fantasy/superhuman ability. After all, this is a haven for the unusual kinds of people.
5. Be creative and have fun. Feel free to use your imaginations. If you have any ideas that you'd like to put forward, I'd be more than happy to hear them. Just post in the OOC or PM me. PMing me is more likely to get a fast response.

I have decided to withdraw from this RP because it seems to be taking a while to get the IC started, and I also think this RP is just a bit too strict for my tastes. I had assumed it would be a bit more loose with the character rules since it's in the Casual Roleplay category, but I seem to have been mistaken. That said, I have no hard feelings, as I respect the right of the author to make whatever rules they see fit. I simply don't wish to take on that level of seriousness in my roleplaying at this time. So, thank you to WitchChild for your considerations and I hope this RP gets off to a fantastic start. ^_^

StoneDogg, the reason I don't want to do that is because having two schools of magic and being good at them is the very manifestation of his genius. If he only knew one, he would have to be immensely powerful in it to bring out the fact of his magical genius, which would be almost god modding. Therefore, I just made him very good at two, but not unbeatable.

What about his other magical talents? How about this, I scrap his spirit summoning, make his illusions only static, which means they can't move on their own, but they are very hard to see through, and then also have him be very good at sound magic?

But that's part of the whole point of the character. He is young and has not spread his magic out into many fields, but in the fields he has explored he is pretty much a master. It would defeat the purpose if his illusions could be discovered by anything other than touch.

Admittedly I thought you might have a problem with that, but since it was a singular event, not something he could ever repeat, I thought it might pass. Still, I've amended it to a demon of hatred. Is that satisfactory?
