It's partly why I personally avoid coffee being a daily use, and essentially only use coffee in the moments I would need a 5 hour energy, rather than using an actual 5 hour energy. Served me well so far.

The only reason I picked 5 hour energy over coffee is because I hate the taste of coffee. ...Granted I hated the taste of 5 hour energy, too, but at least I only needed a few mouthfuls of the latter in order to get the caffeine.
