"Uh-huh, sure." *Jensen looks over at the girl and gives a small wave, with a smirk.* "Well now, I could get used to this place."
"Hey darling, I'm not your servant, remember?" *Despite his arguing, Jensen holds onto the bag.*
*A boy walks out of the limo, following close behind the girl, though he seemed like he came from a much poorer way of life than the girl.* "Huh, so this is the place your folks were talking about?"
Hello, I'd really like to join this RP and I've got the other part of this duo with T2wave.
Name: Jensen
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Parents: Unknown
Powers: Electromagnetic manipulation. The exact extent isn't of control is uncertain because a second party is involved.
Bio: Jensen has never had an easy life. He was abandoned at a young age and had to grow up on his own on the streets, doing whatever he could to survive. Part of this involved stealing and robbing people. One day, Jensen found the perfect target for some easy cash, a rich girl by herself. Jensen grabbed her and threatened her for the cash she had on her. Since the girl didn't give him a fight, he was about to leave her as quickly as he had found her, but before he could leave, a canister was thrown near them and released a mysterious gas.
This particular incident wasn't random. This was a test, the underground was trying to make a new batch of what came to be known as Q Juice (the gas that created the Bang Babies such as Static Shock). But they needed to keep it quiet so a couple kids were perfect as a preliminary. Stumbling out of the small cloud they both took off before anything else happened. Jensen just assumed it was some new type of gadget for cops to stop criminals and decided to lay low for a while, just in case.
All this happened three years ago. The two were secretly watched night and day for two years. After no metahuman powers manifested the experiment was declared a failure and they were left alone. Another year went by and Jensen was still in the same place he had always been, trying to find his next meal for free. Before he could find anything though, Jensen was pulled off his feet and sent hurtling through the air, quickly heading in a straight line from some unknown force, crashing into and through anything that got in his way. He was unharmed from the entire 'trip' until he crashed into the girl that he had robbed 3 years earlier.
Before either of them had the chance to get away the police arrived and arrested them both. Of course Autumn's parents quickly showed up and made bale. When they tried to take her out though it was impossible to get her more than a few yards from the other person that was arrested that night. It took a while of debating before a second bale was paid and the two were taken back to the Therand's. Over the next couple of days it became apparent that the two were literally inseparable, much to Autumn's parents disapproval. But that was just the beginning because now that they were together they were capable of generating powerful magnetic fields. It seemed to be tied to their ability to get along. When they fought things went crazy, and when they worked things out they were actually able to control it. Ultimately it was decided, after several destructive incidents, they needed a place more capable of handling their powers.
