Hazama had been sitting in the chair in his office at the NOL, bored and with nothing to do when he called out the Phantom. "Hey Phantom, since the Imperator has nothing for me to do why dont you send me to some random dimension that'll keep me entertained." The Phantom just stood or hovered there silently in response to Hazama. "Look just do it. Or can you not do that?" Hazama replied with a taunting smirk. A portal then appeared next to him. "Thanks Phantom" Hazama said sarcastically before entering the portal. Hazama then appeared through a door in the Main Gate. He immediatly spotted the group of people and walked over. "Hey, anyone care to tell me where i am?" Hazama said while making himself seem like a warm hearted traveler.
Appearance:
Name: Hazama a.k.a Yuki Terumi
Canon Information (measurements, age, etc.): He was an artificially created human designed to be the host vessel for Yūki Terumi, a former member of the Six Heroes and the creator of the Azure Grimoire and by extension the Black Beast. He in all reality should not exist, but as long as someone is "observing" him he will continue to exist.
Personality: Hazama maintains a calm and quiet demeanor around most people, pretending to be harmless as a member of the Intelligence Department. He claims to hate fighting and that he preferrs to avoid conflict. This, however, was simply a guise to his true nature. When people saw through it, he showed his true colors as selfish and manipulative; destroying other people's lives and twisting their beliefs for his own gain. He had no qualms with killing those who got in his way, and did not seem to show any kind of remorse for his actions. Hazama takes every opportunity to upset others by mocking them, deliberately provoking them, or even bringing up and prodding at a sensitive topic; all for his own enjoyment. Even when he was on the losing side of a conflict, he would take the time to insult and taunt his foes.

Powers: In battle, Hazama wielded the Nox Nyctores named Geminus Anguium: Ouroboros; a steel hook crafted in the shape of a snake that he summoned in front of him, attached to a chain of green/black energy, which he could use to attack opponents from afar, or reel them in, as well as zip around the battlefield quickly, if not instantly, and close gaps between him and his foes. On the other hand, he also used Balisong-style butterfly knives for close-range attacks. Most of his attacks were similarly based on summoning green/black energy and serpentine apparitions to attack his foes, with his Astral Finish being a gigantic cobra of green energy composed of many smaller snakes. Outside of his magical prowess, Hazama was incredibly nimble and flexible, his moves vaguely reminiscent of dance techniques.

With that there would be 3 servants instead of 2. I have an idea though, What if there are stray servants that people from any faction can make a contract with?

This is a Roleplay based in the Holy Grail War of the Fate/ series. But instead of 7 masters in a free for all there are 3 factions. The Persona users, The Devil Summoners, and The Masters and Servants. There will be 2 people in each faction with the exception of the Masters, instead there will be 2 pairs of masters and servants. Once the war has started each person may choose to work together with the other person in their faction for the Grail, to make alliances with other factions, or try to win by yourself. To make things interesting you may choose characters from any series to fill roles like in a crossover. Characters wont always be fighting so you want you can have your character interacting with random people on the street or in stores and you can roleplay what the NPCs do.
A warning, characters will likely get in fights and die, before joining be aware that your character may die.
Story: The Holy Grail has summoned people that would never have met before to do battle for the treasured wish granting object in Fuyuki City. This time the Grail has strayed from its normal patterns of 7 masters and servants and instead summoned people with different talents than just magic.
