I tend to prefer mid tier, right below what TZDL is, but I do thoroughly enjoy higher mid tier. TZDL isn't quite high tier as the scheduling system does ban things (at the very least S2 wouldn't be banned in high tier) but it grazes that level and creates a really cool fighting atmosphere.

Also, I’m not mad, I’m responding in kind to what I think are dickish responses that hold no merits and excuses for..people I see who can FRANKLY beat Ultron given enough effort, tact, and utilization of powers and things. I don’t exactly like ‘passive’ or general aggressiveness and respond in kind to it when its about.

I've been very civil with you and you've still been coming off as hostile. I can understand the annoyance, but I've been genuinely trying to help you see what's wrong with the character.

In any case, for your question of removing it, I'll let Mobius field that one when he comes on. I can't speak with authority here and you don't entirely seem to be getting the point that's being made, so it'd be best if you spoke directly with Mobius or one of the judges about it.

But that wasn't the point I was trying to make. There's no "even if" about this. That beam breaks one of the core rules of the tournament. It doesn't matter if it can be dodged or whatever, the fact remains that Ultron can do that.

I kindly suggest you take a step back to reassess. Your attitude and temper is not helping you in this conversation.

A. I rarely use the Beam to begin with. I was asked for a general list of abilities and I listed if not ALL the main ones Ultron has.

I read them multiple times and NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING you say makes a lick of damn sense. I feel like this is a judgement based on WHAT I'm using and you're just trying to hide it behind some...Nonsensical reason and shit.

Alright, here's what I see that you did wrong. The judges may have a different opinion, but this is just what I can tell.

Encephalo-beam: Located in the head cavity, the encephalo ray plunges its victims into a deathlike coma. It also allows Ultron to mesmerize and outright control his victims, or implant subliminal hypnotic commands within their minds to be enacted at a later time.

This directly breaks the no godmodding rule in the Ban/Regulation section:

Godmodding - Control of the opponent or their actions is forbidden. Negation and Immunities may full under this category.

These:

Superhuman Strength: Ultron is incredibly strong and can lift at least 100 tons.

Superhuman Durability: Ultron's outer shell is usually composed of Adamantium, rendering it almost totally impervious to damage; however, his internal mechanisms are generally less durable and more easily damaged. His skin composition is about .5 inches thick; neck, knee, ankle, elbow, shoulder, wrist, and finger joints are finely tessellated titanium alloy to permit flexing. He is able to withstand concussive blasts and heat of a 100 megaton atomic bomb.

I could very well be wrong, but these seem to be Schedule 1 or 2 to me. They might be fine, I'm not sure, I'll leave that for the judges.

OOC note: While this is a general list of abilities, keep in mind Ultron is an ever adapting robot that comes up with new means to murder and attack others. With this in mind, also note that as I play Ultron, certain aspects from each RP I put him in, be it Marvel/Crossovers, or freeform things will also follow Ultron neverending path of destruction and conquest.

This feels like it's opening the door for you to pull things out of thin air mid-fight.

Aside from all of that, a lot of the things in the profile are extremely vague and open for exploitation.

I know the main problem the Discord chat had with the character was that you apparently copied and pasted everything off the Marvel wiki or some such. While there's no real rule against that, it's still a valid complaint and I'm inclined to agree with them.

The trash talk isn't exactly targeting some people more than others. We all make fun of each other. Even Mobius gets made fun of.

People are going to laugh if they find something funny, whether it be a ridiculously stacked profile, copy-pasting actions in a fight, eating an apple for several turns, rushing recklessly into a barrier, getting yourself killed by spending 12 seconds introducing yourself, or making a ruling by using a couple of toys. These are all real examples from different people. It doesn't matter who the person is- if you do something funny, silly, or dumb, people will talk about it.

I wouldn't call it shit talk if it's not meant to be putting anybody down.

All characters posted are posted for judges to look over them and either approve or reject whatever's happening in there. Judging the power level of the tournament based off the current profiles is flawed logic in that case.
