Kilune frowned at the dust that the horses kicked up as they walked by. She was in agreement with Keith, it was rude to just gallop by with no reguard to those on foot near them. She glanced to Keith and grinned chuckling at his remark.

"Keep up? My dear human, you forget I am of elf blood. The chances of you leaving me behind are very slim. Darest I even suggest that you keep up with me.." She held one hand out and whispered something in elvish. The sound would be too low to understand her clearly, though the dirt that had plastered them would lift from their bodies and float off beside them before harmlessly dropping to the ground. "You're welcome, Commander."

As they walked, Kilune adjusted her armor slightly. She slid a band around her right arm back into place and tightened the clasp on it. Stormy eyes settled on Keith. "What is our first destination?"
I've just been trying to give everyone the option of posting.. Don't want to make the whole thing Joe & Myztii lol
Mizuki looked to Zhou as he spoke. "I'm ready when ever he is. And no I don't need to gather anything at the moment... As for Nyima, I'll have to find her some other time. She didn't tell me where she worked at so it's pointless to try and find her. She frowned a bit at the last part.

"I'm sorry, Zhou." She walked over next to him, staring at him a long quiet moment before speaking again, "I know that you must want to spend more time with her, I wish that there was an address or something that could allow you at least one more quick visit before we leave.." She thought about Zenji for a moment and looked away from him.

"It looks like this journey will take us farther from what we want than we first thought.. And it seems as if Avatar Masuto isn't the only person that needs help.." She looked to the man walking down the street as well.

She stiffened slightly, realizing how open it was outside where they stood. "We'll have to be on guard. By any means, if you are prepared.. we should check with the others."
Kilune's eyes widened in awe. Light reflected from her eyes as she looked over Echo curiously. "Amazing! Mute, but your speech is perfect. To communicate in such a way is indeed a gift.. " She offered a dazzling smile to the girl. "I invite you to the land of elves sometime when this war has ended.. The high elves there would be most amazed by you, Little Echo.."

Her voice trailed off as Keith spoke again. She nodded a bit at his command to get going. "Until we meet again, Nymph." She grinned, turning to follow behind Keith. She looked ahead as the gates began to open. "What is this? I'm quite honoured. To open a door for me, by just seeing me approach from far awa--- Oh, that's why..."

Kilune burst out in a round of light laughter. Her grinning eyes pinned to Keith as she crossed her arms and raised a brow to him. "Well, well Commander.. Aren't we a bit proud of ourselves?" She shook her head and looked toward the people entering the area. She stiffened a bit, her amusement gone. "Oh glory be.. More armored soldiers." She sighed slightly, "I suppose it is to be expected in war. Come, Keith.. We're losing daylight."
Myztii stood up, still shaking slightly and made her way over to Joe. She looked to Gabriel as she resisted the urge to glare at him. Oh he's still here.. she thought to herself. Looking at the four strangers that Joe allowed in she leaned in close to his shoulder so that she could speak into his ear without others hearing her.

"Do you think it wise to allow them in here? I know you have some kind of plan.. or you're making one.. but if these guys turn on us, there are more of them than there are us. I dont trust Hart as far as I could throw him.."
Mizuki watched as Masuto seemed to lose himself in his own little world for a moment. Finally, after snapping out of it he'd mearly said "I'll get packing. Can you tell Zhou and Zenji to get ready? I'll be back in a few minutes." She bowed lightly to him as he walked by. "Of course, I'll do that now."

She turned to walk out the door and nearly ran into Zenji. She just barely stopped herself from bumping into the girl. Offering a smile Mizuki shifted to the side to let her in. "Avatar Masuto requests that you prepare yourself to leave the city. He's gone to pack now.." She leaned out of the door frame a bit and glanced over to Zhou.

"Zhou...The Avatar is prepping to leave. Are you ready to go?" She asked. Though they had not brought much with them into the city, she didn't know if he would want to see his sister again or not. She glanced the direction that they had come from, then looked back to him. "Do you need to gather anything... or see anyone..before we take off?"
Sounds good to me :)
Kilune paused as a small child bumped into her. Her eyes turned to look at the girl, raising a brow slightly. From the corner of her eye she watched as Keith greeted the small person with a smile. He spoke to her polite, without resentment. Upon closer inspection, Kilune realized that the child that had walked into her was in fact something else. A smirk played across her features as she turned to crouch in front of Echo.

"Well, well... A nymph?" She grinned a bit tilting her head sideways in an attempt to see the girl's eyes. "Looks like I'm not the only one far from home, Echo is it?" She paused sitting back rocking back on her heels. She sat with perfect form, her posture unyeilding to the position she was in. "What lovely blonde hair you have, Little Echo.. Though I wonder, are ye as childlike as mankind see you as, or is the illusion bound to physics?" Smiling sweetly, she leaned forward whispering quietly to Echo. "For elf kind, our illusions are dependent on time. Most are long since passed by the time our age truely shows.."
Kilune shrugged at his human comment. It was no concern of hers, and he looked upset at her inquiry. She watched curiously at Keith's action as they made their way past Armania's coat of arms. She looked at it for a long moment before turning and walking away from it without a second glance. She had no land to call her 'home'. She was a drifter, sent where was needed.. Nothing more. She tensed thinking of her upbringing.

"We have to protect these people and ensure they have a bright future ahead, without any intrusion from the 'monsters' outside of these borders." She glanced around. These were hard working people trying to make due. They just wanted a way to live their lives in peace.. They didn't deserve to be attacked and slaughtered for no reason. Anger boiled deep.

"I agree. These people... Those children... They all come first. They deserve the ability to live and thrive in peace." She relaxed her grip on the weapon on her hip as they approached the city gates. She rolled her shoulders, cracking her neck. "I'd be lying if I said I'm not looking forward to getting even with those scumbags that attacked the innocent."
"Who do I get help, From!?" Kairi asked as she looked off after Kasai as she ran off toward the village. Looking around she started to head back into the trees and shook her head. "...I cant let her go down there alone..." She turned and raced after Kasai. "I'm coming with you!"

In the shrine, Mistress Serpant had broken through the protection spells and had claimed the sacred necklace for her own. The gem pulsed at the center of the beads. Jade eyes glowed brightly. "Sssuch power!!" She exclaimed. Pulling the shard from the beaded thread she tossed it into the air and looked up, opening her mouth.

Her jaws suddenly contorted and shifted stretching outward as they opened up and with a gulp, the shard was gone.. Mistress Serpant had swallowed it! Villagers screamed and began to run as the form of the demon began to change and take shape into a much larger serpant like body. "At last! My full power hasss returned!!"
