Lily felt her face turn pink. She smiled shyly. "Um...thank you," she said.
Violet watched as he ran, her face in a mask of surprise, her hand held out. Did I...offend him? she thought to herself. She got up, then ran after him, puffing when she reached him again. "I'm...Violet....I just...came to....tell you...that. And...I think...you're....really really cute..." she said, her face turning another shade of pink.
Silica hugged her sister back, her own eyes meeting the newcomer. "Hello, I'm Silica, daughter of Legolas," she said, her eyes still sad.
