Semblance: Mother's Burden: Pluto's semblance allows him to heal the wounds of others, but it comes with a harsh side effect each time he uses it. Whenever he heals a person's wound, he takes on the pain in equivalence to how severe it was. Healing someone of a small cut, would cause him to wince and feel the pain of the small cut. Healing a broken leg, would most likely disable his ability to use one leg due to the fact that he would be feeling the pain as if he had broken his own leg. Healing someone on the brink of death would most likely put him in a temporary unconscious or coma-like state. However, his semblance can also be used to heal himself, though, only while he is unconscious or asleep. The more severe the injury he has physically received, the longer he will be unconscious and the longer it will take for his body to heal itself. The empathic aspect of his semblance makes it quite the burden.

Weapon: Moonview: A floating ball that Pluto can manipulate through the air with polarizing magnetic finger rings on his left hand. His hand and finger movements control the movement and speed of the ball, allowing him to attack his enemies from a long distance and virtually any direction. Clenching his fist makes small holes appear on the ball that shoots small colourful bullets that look like fireworks. When he causes his ball to spin at high-speeds, he can use the velocity to generate a spray of colourful, but deadly "fireworks".

Personality: Effeminate and delicate, Pluto is often, if not always, mistaken for a girl because of his appearance, voice, and femininity. Somewhat awkward, but charming, he speaks in a graceful and overly-respectful manner, and finds interest in the mundane or things not usually looked at with much interest by others. He is quite demure, and his commonly day-dreaming or glazed-like countenance can make him seem somewhat aloof and dissonant. Despite his wallflower like qualities and pearly gaze, he is a rebel who finds joy in the discoveries and oddities of the world and fights back against his so called "destiny". In his eyes, the future is never set in stone. He is sensitive, empathetic, and has a strong devotion to following in the footsteps of his late-mother, who many say he resembles. He comes off as overly polite and addresses everyone with honorifics, even his enemies or those younger than him. However, he won't hesitate to snap at those who are impolite or slip with their manners. (He is known to sometimes scream in his sleep due to frequent nightmares). His mannerisms and personality are very similar to his mother, and like her, he is always putting the needs of others before his own.
