@Bikriki, start here and read down. This is the jist, other details are probably in your inbox (old messages)
Do what you must, prepare your soldiers. You've taken the only thing Solterra had left in the world, nothing you do will make him pull back. As Flooby said "You're really going balls deep, I admire that." This means Solterra is pulling out all the stops. That doesn't mean he will win, he's doing every thing in his power to get to Cole. The more Cole does to Alexis just spells out the bigger punishment plans for him if Solterra reaches him. The arguing and hateful words are over. Whether or not Fortunes keeps his word not to hurt her, this is going to be a bad moment for Lundlands. So Boerd wanted a peaceful resolution and his demands were already met, so he makes cruel demands. It's okay. The more that is done to Alexis spells out bigger punishments for Cole. For every fief Solterra fights, he will leave it in ruins to be scavenged from by others. He's going to put a scar into Pelataria that will never heal, so get the bandages. It's going to be deep.

The only reasoning for ever quoting Flooby is to show the seriousness of everything that Solterra is about to do.
Solterra requested that Alexis stay at Cole's manor so that she would not be accused of the same crimes Solterra committed. He had promised to pay him back. Alexis has nothing to do with the things Solterra did.
Cole took an innocent woman hostage and assembled soldiers at Therral's borders.
What's the navy got to do with anything? They can't do much at all to land unless it's like, on the beach. And if you didn't notice, Therral was made to be self sufficient in Bullis with all soldiers raised; with no soldiers raised, he could become one of the richest Lord's in Lundlands.

P.S. - killing any people of Therral will destroy the self sufficiency, and they have enough faith in Solterra that they won't just let people take their homes.
So Boerd said
Honorable enough to kill a decrepit man in a sneak attack?

So Boerd, again you fail to read what I type. Solterra had no information on Lord Coles vassals. Solterra has no information on the mans tactics, peoples identities, soldier numbers, anything. Solterra doesn't think it is his business. So yes, honorable, in the way you use it.

Edit: Also, if it's a threat to attack Solterra, don't send it. He won't care. This is not a political war, this is not a war for the crown, this is a war to protect his people and rescue his Sister. In fact, there would be possibility to benefit from a victory from Solterra. Other than the fact you might lose a friend incharacter, who's to say Cole won't get the bright idea that you're being wrong and betrays you too?

Edit 2: and it was.
Assassinations have the chance to happen randomly. Solterra became rich, he could have just called for the best spy in Lundlands to assassinate Lord Wolff or Lord Cole, but he didn't. Nor will he still. Solterra isn't an asshole, but his attempts at being good always give the bad impression.

The assassination could have even happened by someone else that had a dislike for him. I am happy to know the Vassals thoughts are under Flooby's rule, because the fact is that Solterra didn't know when or why the soldiers would be raised against him unless he had spies already inside and gaining information, so that means he couldn't have planned it as you say.

Cole was a man of trust to Solterra, he trusted him to protect his sister and was to be forever in his debt to the service he offered. What kind of a man puts his greatest trust in someone and then holds paranoia that he may plan against him? It may have been Solterra's flaw, but at least he acted honorably and respectfully.
Null
Solterra only gains information of importance on individuals he expects to fight, otherwise he feels it is not his business. Solterra tends to fight honorably and respectively, but he feels that the betrayal and disrespect and the wrongful actions commit Solterra to do everything in his power to save his sister

Also, sadly the man doesn't know who his fathers killer is, it could have been Lady Olga. Although, Solterra is an honorable man, if the man asks Solterra, he will admit to the assassinations.
All the informarion Solterra had was that Aldran had the larger army, and was at an age that would have efficient enough battle strategy without needing to have been in wars.

It was thought about afterward when Solterra received more information that he regretted the decision, also the fact he didn't know about the son causing a martyr effect.

I don't make arguments based on OOC information. To that extent, Solterra has a great pain that he has to go to war with Cole.
