I have made my first post, everyone. You do not need to follow my post to the letter, but I do need to know your location, and your mission. You don't have to make your mission immediately. If you want a discussion with your Officer, I will post A.S.A.P. so you can get along with your post. This isn't supposed to be turn based, as in if you wait too long other people would have made turns ahead of you. Don't worry, take your time, be patient, if you want to play it safe, just ask what your Officer sees on the shore and if they can, anything beyond, then make your decision. While you saw the OOC took days until the IC was started, the Officer and Advisor posts I will make should be just as immediate almost as you post, so you can carry a conversation. Ask your Officer anything and everything, I will give you all the information you ask.

So start with a location, and ask your Officers questions, or make a Mission. Rush the coast like D-day, or play it safe and find a proper place to land.

Heavily and densely packed Grids, like if they are extremely small or thin, assume they are wasteland (yellow/orange colored) or densely packed forest (green shaded)

ALSO you may go ahead and stylize your character sheets now. Add images, fonts, whatever. Also, we still have available positions for people to join. I won't close it until we have too many people.
Location

Captain Clives and his ships had arrived at the location he wanted, merely observing the coast before making any orders. He didn't see the new world as an easy target as everyone else did. The savages on the land were known to exist, and were not called savages because of their uncivilized life styles. He didn't know exactly how to properly seize the land if there would be natives on the land, but he knew the longer he waited, the bigger the chance Pirates would invade the coasts of the New World, so his only choice was to act.

"Lieutenant, I want to prepare all of our able bodied men to grab their rifles and supplies, and start heading to the shore on the jolly boats. We'll keep anchor here, and send a message to the other ships as well, but only one-third of their crew are to leave the ships" Clives spoke, putting away his telescope.

"Yes, sir, and what of yourself, and the mission of the men?" The Ships Lieutenant asked, making sure he understood what all would be happening.

"I will be part of the last group to head to shore, I don't want anyone venturing beyond the shore until I arrive. Just unload the jolly boats and prepare to move out. The land is massive, and we need to plan where we will camp, precisely. Too close to the shore, and we'll be hit by cannon fire. Too far, and it'll be a journey to the ship," Clives responded, turning to look at his crew.

The Lieutenant agreed, and turned to the crew. "Attention men, load the jolly boats and grab your rifles, the Captain has ordered us to take the shore, but only the shore. Come on, then!" The Lieutenant ordered the men and the Sailors got themselves ready, going below to grab crates.

"One more thing," Clives spoke up, getting the Lieutenants attention, "we're going to leave at least one-third of the crew aboard to protect the ship. They have the bell if they need to alert us. Leave one of the Masters on board to lead them." And that was Clives final order for the moment.

The open ocean of the new world, ripe for the taking. The Colonial Elites are busy prepping their ships with supplies, soldiers, and settlers, while privateers and buccaneers make way with what they have. The Colonial Elites look to found new land for their governments and monarchs, while others seek to find wealth, rulership, and adventure, among other things. For everyone other than the Colonial Elites, the only things in their way now are the natives of the New World, and mother nature, with the treacherous seas behind them.

Players may choose a grid location of land anywhere to start, and may send men to explore it, venture with them, and even send their ship out to explore more land if they wish. Players should not expect to know the lay of the land at all, as the charts you currently have are only charts made by old explorers that sailed by the coast - the land is wild and untamed, and you may find carnivorous animals, natives, or other dangers, if it isn't safe.

Not sure if you can do something? Ask your Officer. Otherwise, do whatever you want. Your character can do just about anything solo, with their crew, or otherwise, just make sure to get your Officers insight first, which will lay the foundations of your expedition. The only left is the great unknown, and while we fear it, our curiosity also overpowers that fear.

Letting everyone know, as you know we had Thanksgiving but, Friday there was an emergency. Tomorrow (Saturday) the roleplay should starr.

Sorry about that, all is good now
@rush99999

Organization Sheets aren't anything to really approve, they are simply there for your use and customization. They do have a lot to do with the roleplay, but they aren't your application. I won't be upset if you put the Org sheet there.
Since I am the only GM, I allow the current members to judge my application. Should you see anything overpowered, think I missed something, or otherwise, please say so.

@OppositionJ

Not at all.
I approve.

@rush99999 @Flooby Badoop @OppositionJ

Please post your Character Sheets (Only) to the Characters tab for ease of access, you can link to your organization post within your Character sheet.

I will be adding my own character and crew to this game, but don't see me as powerful because I am the GM. Kill me if you want to try, but otherwise, I'll be supporting the progression of the story. After I have made my CS and made the Intro post in the IC, everyone is welcome to make a post. If you're still unsure how to make a starting post, don't worry, I'll start us off so you guys can get a quick understanding.

See you all then!

@Heyitsjiwon

If you could complete your sheets, it'll be awesome to have you
@rush99999

Nice, thanks for that. You are missing the "Organization Name" field in your Organization template, however
