What I'm looking for:
-Someone that can post at least 3 paragraphs
-Decent grammar
-Okay with me being a student which means there will be days that I can't post
-Someone that won't just experience the rp but instead actively add ideas
-Okay with my preference for being male characters

What I'm not looking for:
-Mature themes that I am not okay with (rape, molestation, incest, age-gaps, disgusting fetishes) honestly if you're unsure ask me and I'll tell you how I feel.
-first-person, I can't stand that rping style

Plots



Our trainers are researchers- who spend a lot of time outdoors studying the habits of the pokemon that their crazy boss, a professor that we can make up, wants to learn about.


The families of our princes are enemies/ their countries are at war. One prince visits the other princes country to smooth things over between the feuding families- seeking friendship, mainly because the visiting princes country desperately needs an alliance to begin rebuilding after the newly ended war.

Turns out, however, that the kings have decided to wed their sons- sadly one prince is a stubborn sadist and his attitude makes the whole arrangement difficult.


Cherry Wine by Hozier (listen to it a few times, thats the vibe I want)

A Vampire boy and a human (or supernatural, whatever you prefer) girl are dating. He's gentle and loving, sweet beyond words with his care-free disposition. (And here's where the song kicks in) she's icy cold toward him most of the time and her anger easily flares up- she often slaps or punches him when she thinks he's being unfaithful or unfsir to her. He loves it- not in a masochistic way where he gets off on it- but he feels like her abuse only proves to him that she loves him. He thinks their love is worth it.

This rp isn't meant to be serious. I just want to rp a vampire with an abusive gf. But I require that you submit a sample of your rping style when you pm me. Thanks c:


Your human character has been plagued by night terrors- horrible dreams of gore and demons. After a few insomniac nights your character awakens mid dream to see a creature at the edge of their bed. It crawls towards them and the light from the moon outside illuminates their face- the most beautiful man they have ever seen appears before them. By why are they there? After that night the man returns almost every night, seemingly more and more aggressive with his advances.


Character A is sick- nothing serious, really- but they have to take these gross pills for it. They suffer from fever dreams as a side affect- and in these dreams someone tells them something really important. So important that they wake up with their heart pounding and their mouth dry. They encounter the strangest things in these dreams- people that are not people, monsters that are not monsters, loved ones that are not who they really are- it is a world of strange appearances and nothing is as it seems.

As the nights pass they start finding things- just little things at first. A note that they had forgotten had ever been written, crushed and dried flowers on their windowsill, and things that have been moved or misplaced. Honestly they come to the conclusion that their house is probably haunted or something. But soon they begin to hear things and see things that grow more and more horrifying- it gets to the point where Character A doesn't want to sleep anymore.

And then- as they stop sleeping- the fever dreams start to become real. Character A has a tattoo- a creepy thing meant to cover a scar- its a mouth of sorts that they had inked into their skin after a nasty car crash that almost killed them. The night that character A stops sleeping is when they realize- this mouth is alive.

To their horror their chest cavity (beginning at the solar plexus and spanning out under the chest to the armpits) opens and ghoulish things pour out of them. Demons and wailing creatures. They slink about the room and dash out into the night as if they are being chased. And, of course, they are.

Character B strolls, or rather bursts, into the scheme of things. They come from another world. The mouth tattoo is in fact a portal. It's their job to close it forever and stop these monsters from escaping. Character B is what's known as a Gate Keeper.


The above isn't limited, I'll take suggestions but if I turn them down don't cry about it.

I WILL POST SOON BUT FIRST I have decided how Mitch's ghosty-goo-ness is going to affect him. I figure that it's all based on emotions and intent, but since this is the opposite fear world that is the Maire, it works kind of in the opposite of what would be good. I figure that things will only come in physical contact with him if they have intent to harm or an other kind of negative thing. For example, a punch, a weapon, even a rock thrown with intent to harm someone. So, you can't shake his hand, but you can punch him. I figure this would develop gradually throughout the story. Sounds fair, right? I can't decide if this would just be when he's in a natural form and not when he's using his flame's power. I figure it would be, but that the flame power would wear off after a little while. Opinions, anyone? EDIT Sorry if my post seems a little hasty. Mitch isn't the panicking type most of the time, but I would think a bit of panic would arise in this situation. XD

I like that- i really do it sounds so messed up A+ Obscene yes. Your post was great, btw ;v; Btw all: I'm going to make a post in the characters tab for all the monsters they encounter. A bestiary. With just random crap about the monsters- over time i'll update with their weaknesses and stuff like that.
