@KiwiTime If you're going to play that sort of character you should definitely talk to me about a previously existing relationship between your old man and my character. She's been in Deadware about 5 years and I bet they'd get along!

I plan on him being around 67 or so, was 18 when he joined the Vietnam war near roughly 1970 if we are using modern day. I'd like to think the plauge physically toughened him so he can keep up with the younger folks.

Don't mind how new my account is, had to remake it seeing as I've been away so long I forgot my login.

Had a basic character idea involving an old man who has been part of the town since nearly the beginning, (depending on how long that would be) and is frighteningly far into the whole transformation thing, but still retains enough of himself to interact with most folks. Essentially the whole "Old man too stubborn to die" trope in the vein of Bill from L4D. Just, his outward attitude makes people surprised at how he survived this long, but on the inside he is just like that grumpy dad who loves the dog he said he never wanted and still says he hates it even though he spoils the pup rotten. I have other ideas in mind but this caught my attention.
