Sweet - Holly is a quiet, non-threatening person. She’s shy, but nice and polite when you talk to her. Her typical facial expression ranges from vaguely nervous to slightly terrified, but there’s a lot more under the surface. Despite appearances, she’s not always scared. In a comfortable situation, she has a healthy sense of humor and can talk for hours if you get her going on something she likes. Holly absolutely loves anything creepy, weird, or macabre, almost feeling at home in the darkness. Somehow, she can read about serial killers and haunted places without batting an eye, but a simple trip to the park can leave her hands shaking. All in all, she’s a weird person, but pleasant. Sort of like a kooky Halloween decoration.
Sour - When Holly becomes Geist, something changes in her. Being someone else and hiding her face give her some new kind of confidence. While Holly is reluctant to talk to anyone she doesn’t know, Geist will gladly give you a punch to the face and laugh about it. She’s an unnervingly excitable trickster, using her knowledge of creepiness to her advantage. Her favorite way of messing with people is making walls bleed in the shape of an unflattering picture of them. She’s not incredibly secretive about her identity, but not many people would suspect that Holly and Geist are the same person based on how they act.
History:
I’m Not the Killing Type - Holly and Mandy Logan were the kind of twins that did everything together. They always played together, had all the same friends, and their parents even dressed them the same. The only way you could tell them apart (until they were ten and Holly started cutting her hair short) was by their personalities; Mandy was friendly and energetic while Holly was shy and quiet. As the twins grew up and became independent from each other, they still stayed close. Even when Holly started showing signs of mental illness and lost what little social life she had, Mandy still supported her.
See You On a Dark Night - Holly developed her powers when she was alone at home one weekend when she was thirteen. Her parents and sister were out of town overnight (Holly would have gone with them, but she hadn’t been feeling well) and she was awake at three in the morning, too nervous to sleep. Her irrational fear became much less irrational when she heard strange sounds at the door. She immediately hid herself in a closet and watched through the shutters in the door as a group of men broke into the house. As the intruders neared her hiding place, Holly felt like she would scream, vomit, and have a heart attack all at the same time. Suddenly, one of the men was hit from behind by a book, seemingly thrown by no one. Other object started tossing themselves around the room, the walls bled, horrifying apparitions appeared out of nowhere, and the room almost felt like it was spinning on an axis. Sure that the house had to be haunted, the intruders were scared away. Holly was completely confused, until she realized that everything that happened, that was her.
I Can’t Breathe - Holly never found much use for her powers since that night, except for during the Halloween season, where she worked at a haunted house attraction. She and Mandy still kept in touch after they moved out on their own. By the time Holly turned 20, Mandy was her only contact with the outside world besides employers. Holly was practically a shut-in, only leaving her apartment to go to work and get groceries from the mini-mart next door. She had gained and lost many jobs, not being able to keep one for more than six months because of her anxiety and agoraphobia. Eventually, she stopped being able to pay the bills, and her landlord was threatening eviction.
Maybe It’s Not So Bad - While Holly was struggling to make ends meet, Mandy was living in Boston, comfortable financially but afraid for her safety. She knew what her sister could do, and even encouraged her to pursue a career in crime fighting. Around the same time martial law was declared, she heard about Holly’s financial issues, and she had an idea. She asked her sister to move in with her. It was a win-win situation; Holly would have a place to stay, and Mandy would have more peace of mind. Plus, the Dynamic Duo was back together! There was absolutely no way anything could go wrong.
Abilities
Shaker 3 Local Poltergeisting - Holly has telekinetic control over her immediate surroundings. She can throw around objects, create incorporeal constructs, or change the environment within a radius of about 60 feet around her, or within a single room. For example, in a bedroom, she could make the room shake, make the dressers open and clothes float around, or make it look like the bed is on fire. Her telekinesis isn’t very refined; she can’t produce fine movements. If she had a key and a lock, she couldn’t put the key into the hole; just move it into the general area. Her constructs are only images; the aforementioned flaming bed would only look like it’s on fire, if you stuck your hand in it you wouldn’t feel anything. Whenever she uses her power, electronic devices around her start to flicker and malfunction. This ability is somewhat reliant on Holly’s emotions; things start to get out of control when she gets mad.
Ghostbusters Theme Remix - The Living Tombstones Lose Your Soul - Dead Man’s Bones Hate Song for Brains - Andrew Jackson Jihad Pale Machine - Bo En Much Finer - Le Tigre Video Games - The Young Professionals Walking On Air - Kerli Eat Your Heart - Micachu The Killing Type - Amanda Palmer Oblivion - Grimes Overdose - FIDLAR White Knuckles - Ok Go Eyeball Kid - Tom Waits

The entire situation burst into chaos in a second as Emily handed Nemo her lunch and punched a guy in the face. Only after the knife had been embedded in a stranger's stomach did she notice that Junks had been holding one.
Fuck.
In a heartbeat, the one first aid class Nemo had taken came back to her and her body was rushing forward before her brain could catch up. She set Emily's lunch down on the nearest table and kneeled down under the table next to th einjured person.
"Okay, I know what to do. I'm gonna make sure you don't bleed out before Security gets here, alright?"
Nemo looked around and noticed Emily. Coming over to her, she noticed that something was wrong about the situation.
"Hey- Is something up?"
She noticed Victoria looking around with a scared expression. Nemo didn't even think about what the circumstances might be; she just approached the other girl.
