Oh gotcha! That's not bad practice whatsoever. See? What typically happens to me is that I create a character sheets with everything on it. When I start to write, however, the character does a judo flip and takes off in a different direction. Not that I'm complaining though. Those happen to be my strongest characters.

Let's start. We'll keep talking as we write, no? Now, I don't really mind who starts. Honestly. I imagine we start before the separation however. Give us some character development time and such.

You know? I think when we start writing, the characters will start to flesh out themselves. If that makes sense? I always find it hard to create character sheets - especially in depth ones. IC is where they step out and shine.

Why don't we have paragons? A paragon of the hunt, harvest, etc? We don't have to give a specific nae for the paragons; we'll just mention paragon of ____.

Oh we can definitely do that too! That actually might work out better. Maybe when our characters are in a bind, they could have an ancestor vision quest of sorts. Just another idea.

I'm okay with either! Yours is easily to organize and integrate however.

Alright! I posted up my character sheet describing my character more in depth. I hope it's okay. I'm a bit rusty at writing out disposition since I often just start writing for a character and seeing where things go.

Also, I want to talk to you about the concept of a spirit guardian. Given that the tribe is nomadic and Native-American-esque to me, it'd be fun for tribespeople to be assigned a spirit guardian. However, there aren't any animals - traditional animals - in HZD. Have you any thoughts to a substitute? I was thinking we could have the spirits be from five main realms so to speak: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Celestial. We'd think of a deity for each. Made up and just assign one as as spirit guardian.

Does this sound like something you'd want to incorporate? It'd be unique to our tribe. Other tribes may have something similar, but not the same.

Taellana

Name: Taellana (Tal-la-na)
Age: 22 (We can change this.)
Spirit Guardian: (I'll talk about this more with you.)
Disposition: While having an identical twin, their similarities end at their physical appearance. Taellana is blunt with her words. Favoring brevity and cutting straight to the chase, subsequent actions has earned her favor as well as disfavor among her tribe and traders that happen upon them. With her mind focused on a goal, she often forgets that humans - others - are equally as important to accomplish goals that become ever more complex.

Though terrible at showing her affection at times, Taellana's affection is shown through acts versus words of comfort. To those she cares little for, she offers only words and small amounts of her time. To those she prizes and values beyond all us, her words can still be jarring, but how she interacts with another is akin to that of a reserved parent. She's protective of her loved ones. While she may grumble at their shortcomings and mistakes, Taellana will go remedy said problems unannounced.

It was hard times that her tribe struggled to endure and survive in. However, if she could ease the burden in anyway for those closest to her, she would without too much fanfare. Especially her twin. Even if they may not agree on a great many of things, something connects Taellana to her sister that's absent with her other siblings.

Then I'll go ahead and take the first of the three photos for my character. Her appearance will no doubt change as the story progresses however. I'll give textual stuff for that though.

Oh wow! You went above and beyond in finding that. Why not? Let's divvy the two up! Both poses are pretty striking in my opinion.

Edit: and even the third one! I'm leaning towards the one with make up. We can chalk that up to tribal paint. But either works.

Oh if it's between those three, I'm strongly leaning towards K3 haha! There'd something primal about her that really catches my eye. My second choice would be BD1!
