The boy with the spatula nodded. "Aight." he declared. He produced a pan handle on a steel duel disk with the usual touchscreen displaying his lifepoints as he touched it, having idled after not dueled, revealing the 4500. He drew his five cards.

"As per your request, I am going first. After all, the customer is always right. Because of this, however, I am not allowed to draw this turn." he explained, looking at his hand. He thumbed through his options for a moment, thinking of future plays, before quickly popping down a card, and in a blazing inferno, a rocket-shaped creature materialized in front of him. "In attack mode, I summon Volcanic Rocket! Now, I'm gonna turn up the heat with his special ability! It allows me to add a "Blaze Accelerator" card from my grave or deck to my hand, I got... Blaze Accelerator Reload!" The boy showed Cooler the trap card.

"Any responses? No? Aight then. It's yer go."

Duels are handled however you like. I hear there's a new program that lets you use custom cards, but I haven't gotten a link to such a thing yet. If you have any questions on the basis of rulings though, I'll do my best to settle it as long as you ask.

I don't particularly agree with contact fusion, but its level means you can't really pendulum summon it once it's down which is a sort of balancing factor.

Background's a little boring; but that's not a big issue.

Also I'd be careful of what you wish for.

Having a 40 card main deck is only important to those who believe in things like "card advantage" or "deck thinning" or "geometric probability" instead of THE HEART OF THE CARDS.

That said, I think the latter option would be the most appropriate.

The boy with the guitar seemed a little distraught at Drake's comment, pouting to show his disapproval but not speaking out, in the back of his mind hoping that it wasn't him after all.

"Well. You can consider me as... not weak!" he blurted out, making an awkward expression, obviously not knowing exactly what to say. Then, trying to save face, his duel disk activated, deck shuffling within the deck compartment. "I'll even let you go first." he added.

Leaned outside the auditorium was a boy chewing a toothpick and stroking his hair. A look at his duel disk suggested he was at 4500 lifepoints- he had dueled someone before- and won. As he noticed another person passing by, his eyes lit up, turning his attention to that person.

"Hey" the boy said to Cooler. "You don't look like you've faced anybody," he took the toothpick out of his mouth, "yet. You one of them losers try'na hide from the competition to the very last second? Think you can take on all the stronger folks that show way at the end? Trust me boy. I've been there, done that. Gotta pick 'em out while the pickin's good. See, back at home, I was a fry cook. Back then it was just me and this here spatuler." He produced a steel spatula out of his pocket, twirling the handle around his index finger.

"So. I don't suppose you're itchin' for a duel too badly but see, you ain't gotta choice. Compared to all the other folks, you look pretty dang strong, so I reckon the two of us would've faced off eventually. Amirite?" the boy smirked, putting the toothpick back in his mouth, still holding onto the spatula.

Yeah. Those Xyz aren't even rank 8. I'd personally take them out. I don't want people having cards in their deck for the sake of them being there; Crime and Punishment don't particularly fit your deck too much either.

I like your character though and her theme is much more prevalent than I expected so kudos for that. Once you take out the xyz monsters, you can consider your character accepted.

Edit: Please don't use smileys in your posts. Also, why are you taking a pause during rock, paper, scissors? That's supposed to happen simultaneously.

Also, someone could totally walk in with an Empty Jar deck, or ghostricks, or Gimmick Puppet Leo. If they're /really/ crazy, they might even use Final Countdown.

Rules of the battle royale. For all participants, intrusion does not incur a penalty.

On an off-hand note, now I've been looking at Dokurorider Heisei. It's been putting in work, certainly as an ace monster, but I also realize, that for its summoning condition, it's actually really underpowered.
