I haven't even posted for days now... I'm not even sure what to post anymore...
For the casual section I think one solid paragraph is the requirement. I don't think you can make one of those, and an interesting one at that, if all you do in one turn is set a card down on the field. You're right that space isn't an issue, but if it's just space taken up by three sentences detailing activating some cards in response, it's just clutter to me.
Even if people get to react to the ongoing duel, what are they going to say? "Oh no spirit partner! That guy is really tough! I sure hope the other guy can find a way out, and that we can last against whoever wins! Looks like we have a lot of work to do!"
@Raineh Daze: Well would you prefer a series of posts that go into great detail of setting two cards down and summoning one monster, and then another one going into great detail about activating a trap card in response? That seems immensely more boring than what IV or I have suggested, and takes up a lot of unneeded space too.
And you're so fired up about this why? It was just a suggestion, other people can decide whether they like it or not and then suggest something else like IV did. You though, seem to be getting rather pretentious about this for God knows what reason. I honestly don't feel like arguing right now, the Archfiend card deal with you was enough.
You do realize I'm just making a suggestion to try and give people something to do and prevent this RP from being a boring ordeal, right? No need to be so contrarian to everything I do. As for the collab, he means the titanpad program where multiple people work on one huge post detailing their entire duel.
It could go both ways you know :/. It'd make just as much sense to me if it's the final rounds that get the most attention and showcasing, while these initial rounds do not.

What if everyone started doing their round one collabs now?

Sounds like a plan. I doubt a tournament this big, or any tournament for that matter, would just do one round and only one round at a time.
"Hmph."

Lars merely stared back at Cybell's chilling expression with a calm and almost uninterested expression. Nothing new there after all, just the typical actions a strong duelist would carry out when locking eyes with someone who was watching them. Scout himself even made a more blatant statement of unsurprise, simply checking the lengths of its claws even after the blue eyed dueling spirit created her dragonic illusion.

Along with Scout, Lars went to find a spot to watch the duel as well, asking Scout to watch along with him to study each person's skills.
Yeah, of course.

Spellbook not so much, I use a number of Spellbook spells to support my Spellcasters, but generally, I hate decks that just endlessly spam cards or just completely shut down their opponent with no chance of a comeback... What I really hate about Yu-Gi-Oh! nowadays is that every single deck is based one ideal "Stop your opponent from doing anything until you can bust out an insta-win combo."

Are you my twin or something?
