Ashido listened as Naota spoke before commenting "It's hard to say as the rain is washing the blood away but that could likely be a safe assumption...that said we cannot simply pin point this as the Psycho Jester...I've seen copy cats before yet they're usually somewhat cleaner than this...I'd say our prime suspect is Psycho Jester but I'm not ruling out a copycat..." Ashido then walked up to one of the many officers and spoke "You can start bagging the bodies...send them to our lab for further analysis..." Ashido then turned to look at Naota before speaking "There's no point in asking people what they may or may not have seen...this is a case that wont be solved for some time, not until Jokers end's forces are pushed back and weakened enough for us to take action..."

Ashido then thought to himself for a moment about these cases "Those clueless bastards need to stop assigning ridiculous investigations...ones like this are easily solved yet impossible to do anything about. Tch...giving us a fucking SSS rank to deal with...if this was an S rank then it'd be more interesting and actually involve some fucking investigating" Ashido had grown tired of cases like this...the kings had stole the limelight and thus cast a shadow on every other fucking ghoul which let the others move around with seemingly little detection...even if they did kill 7 people in some massacre it was overshadowed by the obvious crime scene of a King...they knew who the suspects were but nothing was being done about it and Ashido didn't have enough authority to do anything about it...which meant he could only take things into his own hands...

Ashido looked around waiting for the other two to show up yet in the end only Naota showed up and gave some half assed excuse but at least they were here. "Well whatever...you're here now. Looks like it'll be just me and you...We will conduct this investigation ourselves. I don't have time to waste..." Holding an umbrella in his right hand to stop the rain soaking him he walked over to one of the bodies and knelt down as he looked at it for a moment before glancing up at the other bodies..."Well it's obvious most of these humans were just casualties here and it wasn't some ghoul feeding frenzy either..." Ashido made his way to his feet before walking over to the body that was identified as a ghouls...and in truth it was in bad shape "This wasn't some scrub ghoul...but it's clear it was killed by another ghoul, one clearly of a higher rating...I'd say we're looking at a ghoul of at least an SS~ rating..." Ashido noted the bite mark which showed some sign of cannibalism further backing up his theory of the attacking ghoul being of at least SS rating...more so if it could afford to just waste it's meal...in fact it seemed the attacking ghoul was toying with it...the legs were completely missing...as well has the head. Yet this body was certainly one of a ghoul as the head they had found was clearly linked to this one and despite the bad condition of the face they identified it as a wanted ghoul of at least S rank.

Ashido closed his eyes for a moment before walking around a bit more as he spoke out loud "See anything else that's interesting to note Naota?..." Ashido's eyes had set upon the tyre marks on some of the bodies which made his eyes narrow as he spoke quietly to himself "A bit far to come out by foot..." Ashido had his suspicions already..in fact it seemed everything had already been solved by simple observation. He knew of one ghoul that was higher than SS rank and that rode a moterbike...this slightly irritated Ashido as this ghoul in particular knew he'd be hard to catch and defeat...so why would he have to cover his trail? Still...before outright pinning the blame on this certain Ghoul Ashido wanted to try rule out a potential copycat.

Kagiko rubbed the back of his head with his right hand as he watched everyone arrive and of course he was asked a few questions...but as it was right now answering these questions all at once was to hectic. "Well...before I answer any questions I'd like to get setup and sort things out. However I will need something from a few of you...it's good that we've eliminated a few hollows however one thing I will request is that rather than eliminating hollows near our HQ that we restrain them and relocate them further away before eliminating them. I say this because Squad 12 will be monitoring the human world and if they see large amount's of hollows missing in a certain area they will certainly track us down quickly..."

Kagiko then took a deep breath before speaking once again "Now I will be sending a few of you out in pairs to complete certain tasks...I will say now that the methods we will have to use to get back to the Soul Society will be...well...I think you get the idea. We will have to do things that Shinigami would otherwise never do...but as it is we're former Shinigami. The Soul Societies law's do not apply to us...of course the basic rules apply but by any means necessary we will return to the Soul Society. Just be aware...you will face former friends, Squad members...and other Captains as well as new enemies. If need be...you may have to cut them down...we cannot risk information of our whereabouts and well-being reach the Soul Society. The more Humane thing to do would be to capture some of them but we currently have just enough space to hold us all. Now...to assign some of you some tasks. Koyoshi and Akuseru...you two will be paired together. I'm putting you two in charge of retrieving a live hollow...I don't want questions asked, I just need this done...now. Kyoichi and Shin...I need you two to clear the area around the HQ...as I said before...you will need to try relocate the hollows. How you do that is up to you but do not dispose of them until they're some distance away from the HQ. As for the remaining Captains...I'll have you set up a small barracks for your Squads...The faster we get this done the better. I don't want to waste time..."

Well I've finally returned and I will be more active from now on. So first important thing is that I think the day/night system may as well be abandoned...You guys have shown you can clearly RP without it and all we need to do is list the ward we are in. Besides there is no real harm in leaving out if it is sunshine or moonlight~ I may keep a weather thing going but update that just...every now and then. Cause I mean...with that Day and night cycles changing every 12-24 hours I noticed another problem...people wont be able to finish their interactions by the time it changes which may~ lead to someone getting confused...I dunno. If it's really missed (which I highly doubt) then I will bring it back but from what I've seen it seems we're all capable of RPing without it.

Now...I'm going to continue the investigation for my Squad but it will be just me and Shoske (Phobos) doing it. I don't want to skip it and it will be good for me to get back into it and with just Shoske having to post back will likely keep some good posting pace between us.

@Ornatur Sorry I got to you so late, I've been fairly ill the past few days but I'll basically say you can increase your guys rating to A and I'll make your character a Knight within the organisation ^.^
