Hisaki was crouched on a tree branch deep in a forest far outside the Konoha, he was currently scouting out a very small village to gather some information on the whereabouts of a wanted Shinobi "Where the hell is this guy? This was the last place he was reported to be hiding out...tch...I can't waste anymore time here, my shifts up anyway...Pretty sure I had something to do anyway...something important" Before he could think further on the matter he was alerted to the presence of his replacement for the shift, the other Shinobi went to speak but was cut off by Hisaki "Shit! Graduation day!" with that Hisaki vanished from sight.

Almost instantly Hisaki appeared on the top of the Hokage's building, pulling the custom Kunai out the ground and spinning it on his index finger from his right hand he whistled before speaking out loud to himself "Phew! So glad I left this here in case I needed to get back, can't believe I forgot this was today" Hisaki made his way into the Hokage's building and towards the Hokage's office, walking in just in time to catch the Hokage smiling at the kids weirdly and offering them a drink. This made Hisaki chuckle as walked to the right side of the Hokage's desk, taking a quick glance at the kids that'd graduated then turning his attention to the Hokage before speaking

"You really shouldn't offer kids something to drink Hokage, their parents will be furious with you. tsk. tsk. you and your bad habits." Hisaki then took a quick glance at the paper on the Hokage's desk to try make out who was going where, he knew he'd be leading a Squad...just not of who since the Hokage usually left things like this to the last second. He then nodded to himself then looked towards the children "Seems I've got an Uchiha, A Hyuga and the Hokage's son on my team...my my, that's one hell of a team you're putting me in charge of" Hisaki then began rubbing the back of his head with his right hand, just realising he hadn't even introduced himself "OH! How rude of me! I totally forgot to introduce myself! I'm Hisaki Matsuo! It's a pleasure to meet you all" Hisaki decided to give the children a light bow, hoping none of them knew of his past and had only just heard of him...after all he'd gone to great lengths to try scrub out that past from even being mentioned

Keizo waited patiently in one of the corners of the waiting room, leaning against one the walls with his hood up and hands in his pockets, he went into a bit of a day dreaming state as he tried to ignore the others that were around. Although he didn't really like crowds, this crowd was somewhat tolerable as he had been in class with them many times. This was not to be mistaken for any form of liking however, he really did not care for these people and although he knew it was harsh it didn't bother him one bit. Why get attached to a bunch of people who're excited to get into a world on the verge of war? They'll probably only die.

Keizo may have been young but even he knew what his purpose would be here...it'd be to kill other humans and die on the battlefield for their country. Honestly he couldn't understand who'd be excited to do this line of work, it made no sense...regardless...time would tell if they had the guts to make it in this line of work...although not even he knew what he'd see out there. Perhaps even he wouldn't make it in this line of work. All he knew was that this was just about the only thing that interested him, although that was only so he could become strong.

Keizo then snapped out of his dreaming state when a Jonin walked into the waiting room and called everyone in. He watched as the usual people who were giddy about this stuff got in first, before he knew it, it was just him and the Hokage's son left in the waiting room...which seemed odd as he'd figured the Hokage's son would be first in there to see his own father. Keizo then pushed himself off the wall with his shoulders and walked into the Hokage's office, watching and listening as everyone introduced themselves, he even noticed one of the taller boys lightly punch the shorter boy in the shoulder, he then noticed the girl he was stood next to mess up her own name...which could of fooled him seeing as he didn't even remember her name...and probably still wouldn't, which went for the rest also. He didn't remember any of their names, just their faces.

Keizo then let out a light sigh as it came to him to introduce himself, however there was no way he was going to bow...that was just embarrassing. He looked the Hokage in the eyes then spoke "Keizo Arata..." Honestly he couldn't understand why everyone was so nervous, this man was just that...another man, albeit a strong man he was still just a man at his core. Regardless he hoped that this would all be over quickly, it was starting to feel a little crowded in the Hokage's office and he just wanted to get out and train, maybe relax a bit before he had to return home.

Well at the moment I've made a Squad Leader and if I'm not mistaken~ I believe the GM intends for the Hokage himself to be a squad leader but I'm not 100% certain on this, perhaps he's changed his mind on this.

As for the future of other Squad leaders, should we get more members to fill another Squad...well...I'd say it'd be up to one of the more experienced Members of the RP to make a Squad Leader. However that's just what I assume as of course the GM himself has the final say on everything.

Edit: So for these first two Squads I believe it'll be the GM and myself leading them, unless the GM changes his mind and wants to let a member of the RP make a leader for the other Squad.

Hisaki stands at 5'11, weighs in at 68kg and has dark brown hair and has a dark brown eye (he's missing one). Hisaki wears the standard Jōnin outfit except he opts to wear his headband around his left bicep. Hisaki carries all the equipment you'd expect an experienced Shinobi to have such as Wire Strings, Smoke Bombs, and Explosive Tags. However Hisaki also carries some custom Kunai, Shuriken, Senbon and also his very custom Dual Sickle's which are attached via a bladed chain, it is for this very reason he also has custom made gloves that allow him to wield this this deadly weapon at all. All of his custom weapons have a marking on them that allows him to use the Flying Thunder God Technique. He also carries tags with this same marking on them.

Hisaki is a guy who loves to have fun and likes trying to make people laugh and smile...even if it does make him look a little stupid. However this doesn't affect him, he doesn't really care what people think about him so long as he's having fun and not harming anyone. He's a pretty nice guy and will go out of his way to help others so long as he doesn't have work to do. Despite his somewhat lax demeanour, he's actually an incredibly hard worker and will always get his work done, even if it kills him.

However despite his nice guy side Hisaki has a much darker side to him...in fact a rather brutally dark side, although it's one he reserves only for his enemies and will extremely rarely show it in front of those he calls allies, it's a side he especially goes to great lengths to hide from the younger generation as he doesn't want them exposed to such dark stories which has led to him doing his best to hide this from the public however he earned a lot of notoriety during his ANBU days which also led to him leaving to try become a more standard Shinobi.

|| BIOGRAPHY ||

Hisaki was born into a family of Shinobi, both his mother and father were Shinobi and thus Hisaki was trained from a young age to become a great Shinobi, everyday was tough and relentless, he never had it easy and there was no time for playing around however he didn't resent his parents, he knew that deep down they just wanted their son to survive and thrive in this cruel world. They never pulled the wool over his eyes and exposed him to how horrible the world was and why good and powerful Shinobi were needed to try keep the peace even if only for short periods of time so those who lived normal lives wouldn't have to suffer needlessly.

Hisaki understood this and thus worked extremely hard to become a great Shinobi and thus Hisaki graduated the Academy at a the quite young age of 8 years old and then became a chunin at 9. However by the time he was 10 he had lost both his parents to the current war at the time that had started, this left Hisaki to struggle somewhat as he was barely making enough to keep a roof over his head and food in his stomach. This was the time that the ANBU decided to approach Hisaki and take him into their ranks, seeing that the loss of his Parents had made him distant to others and to himself, they saw that he had great potential to make it in their ranks. They however didn't anticipate that he'd in fact thrive, within a year he was on the field of war working alongside other ANBU members and now wielding his own special weapons he made quick work of his enemies in a brutal fashion.

This earned Hisaki the title of "Hisaki, The Shinobi Butcher", This was due to the gruesome way he dispatched of enemies. Once the war had ended Hisaki continued to serve in the ANBU for a few more years until he was 19 at which point he wanted to try change his path a little as he'd earned notoriety that'd begun to spread outside the ANBU and it made people who did recognise him, fear him...Even members in his Ranks had begun to fear him. So with a change of career and a more positive outlook on things he became a Jōnin which also gave him more time to train and interact with the locals and try stub out his past so that'd he'd be able to live easier himself and also become famous for something other than butchering Shinobi.

Keizo stands at about 153cm, weighs in at 42kg and has white hair and dark purple eyes. He tends to keep bandages wrapped around the majority of his body except his face, there is a reason for this but it's not something he ever intends to share with others. Over the bandages he tends to wear a simple and baggy black vest and Over that he wears a long baggy Dark Grey coat with fur around the hood. He also wears some black shorts that come just over the knee's and of course are a little baggy. Keizo enjoys wearing baggy clothing as it not only feels comfortable but it lets him move a lot easier which is essential.

At any given time he can be found carrying multiple shinobi tools such as Kunai, Shuriken, Wire Strings, Senbon and Smoke Bombs.

Keizo likes to try keep to himself and thus doesn't necessarily enjoy working with or around others as he finds people can be very intrusive. This has led to him shutting himself away whenever he can and likes to get as far away from those that notice him so he can relax in peace as he finds people often annoying and in the way. He's never had any desires to make friends simply due to the fact that he thinks friends are a pointless distraction a Ninja doesn't need, it only makes your job harder when you let yourself get attached to someone or something. Aside from this he wants to become strong for his own reasons but doesn't want this strength to make him famous in any way. He finds it hard enough to blend in due to his white hair which is why he he wears dark clothes and often has his hood up to try blend in to the shadows a bit more and not draw so much attention.

With what he thinks of people aside and how it affects him, he is quite intelligent and a hard worker. He will always focus whenever there is something of value to be learned and will practice relentlessly to try master what he's learned, it's one of the few things he enjoys. He is also creative when it comes to most things but this can sometimes blow up in his face...Also...Should he unlikely and rarely get angry, his demeanour will change quite drastically as he becomes almost solely focused on what has angered him resulting in some perhaps rash actions along with some perhaps unwanted fury from Keizo...Suddenly he wont care so much about people noticing him, not until afterwards when he's calmed down which only adds to his shut away nature.

|| BIOGRAPHY ||

Keizo was found at a very young age in the fire country near Amegakure by a patrolling Konohagakure Squad. He was found in bad shape by the shinobi who took him back to Konoha to be treated, when he finally awoke he was questioned as would be natural considering his strange circumstances however he didn't remember much other than running from something or someone. After being kept under observation for a week they deduced that he was clearly not a threat as he'd not made a single attempt to escape or harm anyone. Afterwards he was taken in by a middle aged man that ran a Ramen Shop, this is where his love for beef ramen stems from. Although Keizo isn't very talkative with his technically adoptive parent he does do his part around the house to show that he's grateful that he'd even take him in, although it's simply comes down to the fact that the man in question is a former shinobi himself and was tasked with not only raising Keizo but also to keep an eye on him in case he was a spy of some sorts or perhaps a sleeper agent.
