Biography: The leader of a rather large group of misfits known as "The Thousand Deaths". Mostly because he has roughly a thousand members all with their unique style of weapons. Their one and only mission is to collect the swords of their foes and store them within their trophy room. Akane is a great lover of them and practices with each one often switching out one of his five blades with a new one if he likes it.
One question comes to him often among his members, "Why a reverse blade? It can't even cut." And he would laugh and then answer with. "Well sometimes I find a desirable woman that I want to bring back her to play with and the blade makes it easier to take them once their out." The other blades have their own uses depending on the feel of the battle.

Rumors have it that she even sang for the emperor but Akiko has never confirmed it. Either way the rumor made her rather popular among the country side often being hunted down by people to hire her for a festival or special event. However, she did admit that she had played for the great and feared bandit leader Akane Chinatsu which even boosted her fame.

Biography: Akira grew up as a childhood friend of Kyoto Yamisaki but she fears that maybe he forgot about her on his travels for she never has heard from him sense he left the village. She brings in a revenue for her people by commisioning rituals for clients that consist of banishing demons and blessing their homes. Eventually out of her own surprise meet a nine tailed fox to which she beccame friends with. This nine tailed fox's name is Chika Ayaka.

Biography:She often lived alone but after a evil presence infiltrated her domain she was forced to flee, but returned after joining forces with a priestess named Akira and together they destroy the evil but rather then go back to living on her own she grew attached to the cleric and decided that they should travel together as partners.

Description: Kyoto looks much like a samurai with his olive shaped eyes and scars that dotted his body. He has a tattoo of a large Dragon on his back with the Japanese symbol for water below it. The dragon is of the serpent variety making it resemble a gaunt Cobra. There are three distinct scars on his body. A X shaped scar on the left side of his chest and a y shaped scar on his cheek. The third on is on his left forearm. Other then that he looks normal with long black hair done in a pony tail and black woven steel armor with a red trim. He wields only one weapon, Katana.
Biography: Kyoto hails from foreign lands on the trail for the source of the letter that came to him from afar. He cared not for the coin being offered for that means little to him. He was a noble samurai and he came for the thrill of the battle. With such a price ,which will likely be split between individuals anyways, it would have to be a great challenge for him.

Biography: With his parents killed in a rebelion he had nothing left for him but that all changed when he was picked up by traveling monks. They took him to a monestary where they had stayed and took care of him. He felt that once more he had a family again. He treated the monks like they were brothers and the elders like they were his father. For once he had a purpose again and he lived that purpose training with them. He eventually became really good but he always preferred pole arms like the ransuer.

Biography: Amaterasu does not specificly fall under a clan like most samurai. She lives under the visage of high priests within her country and slays demons or evil in their name. She was chosen for this life by the such priests at the age of 10 and was taken from her parents. Raised at their holy temple and trained by the weapon masters who lived their she became a paladin and worshiper of their great godess of the sun.

Biography: Yuriko lives in a village full of druids. The druids and her have a mutual benefiet seeing as her demon blood can keep the wolves from attacking their lifestock without harming them and of course acting as their arm of justice against the humans who call them enemies. She is their protector and in exchange she can live among them and live off of what they reep.

Description: With long blonde hair and violet colored eyes she stood as tall as the average woman. Oriental like Kyoto she has olive shaped eyes and lightened skin. She chooses the clothing style of a ninja, black clothes with a mask to cover her nose and mouth to protect her from breathing in toxic fumes. She has woven bracers about her shins and forearms. She wields two short katanas and a arsenal of shuriken and even a long chain with a blade at the end of it. Her more deadly weapons though is her arsenal of assorted bombs. Ones with black powder, flash bang, and mustard gas.
Biography: Ryoko was heavily trained in the arts of ninjutsu, using her abilities to the best she can. Her greatest ally are her eyes which she trained to notice things others can not, such as pressure pads or string meant to trigger a trap.

Her hair is short whick only goes a inch in a half below her ears. In her true form is that of a massive water serpent which looks much like a cobra.
Biography: Guardian of Kyoto's village and the one who blessed his sword once he completed his first trial of joining the village's clan of samurai. Her shrine and home is located underneath a waterfall which pours into a large and deap pool of water. The water of the pool exits into a underground lake full of magical carp that are also protected her. If one were to catch one successfully with a net he will be granted one wish by Hotaru.
Not all of the time however, is Hotaru located within this hidden lake under the earth. Sometimes she polymorphs into her human form and takes to the villages to see her subjects and blesses their weapons and homes with her great magic. The villagers would often make pilgrimage to her shrine by the waterfall and pray to it, during the dry seasons praying for rain to water their fields.

Biography: The secret wizard of lord Yoshirou of the eastern district. Rika lives secluded way underground in a paradise she created that is located underneath the capital of the eastern district. The Lord would often come down to visit her to get her advise and for the use of her magic. Her ability to summon demon spiders and ghosts that can devour corpses made her very useful to the lord. He keeps her hidden due to fear that she would be stolen from him and sees her as property. Rika however if often summoned above ground to clean up the lord's aftermath but is securely hidden within a human drivan carrage that blocks her veiw from the public. Then with a signal she would draw the energy from the lord's enemies and then summon ghosts to devour their corpses as a way of fear.
Rika does this only because the Lord provides everything she needs. A secluded place of rest away from the bigots of the world and is given anything she desires as payment for her services.
