Personality:While werewolves are known to be quick to anger, Caius is remarkably calm and patient both in wolf and in human form. He does, however, exhibit a very explosive anger when provoked. And when angered, he is quick, decisive and extremely brutal. He is very protective of his twin sister, Claudia, and his mate, Callie Lenson, and would go to all lengths to protect them.
While vampires are a natural enemy, he sees this rule with a grain of salt. As long as they do not harm him and those he consider as friend or family, then he leaves them alone.
Skills/Abilities:Abilities copied from supernatural archive with some alterations by yours trulySuperhuman Speed: One of the greatest strengths of a werewolf is its speed. Caius is able to travel long distances before tiring and have been reported to travel at speeds of around 60 miles per hour (around 95 kilometers per hour).
Superhuman Reflexes: Werewolves have incredibly fast reflexes. Caius is able to notice the tiny signs that the body gives off before it strikes or moves, similar to how a boxer will train for years to be able to read their opponent by watching for slight muscle twitches.
Superhuman Durability: Werewolves have very thick hides. Combined with their hardened and dense muscles this makes them very hard to damage. Non-armor piercing bullets generally go no more than an inch into them. Trying to stab them isn’t quite as hard as stabbing a wooden wall, but it’s close.
Superhuman Strength: When a human turns into a werewolf their muscles harden and elongate. Their tendons get shorter and tighten which allows for short powerful strikes.
Superhuman Senses: A werewolf’s senses are one of its greatest assets. Hearing, sight, smell, and taste are all enhanced. The sense of smell is more than 100 times stronger than a human’s and they can catch scents up to five miles away. They are able to hear many more frequencies and with greater depth than any other beings. The werewolf’s sense of sight is also enhanced especially at night.
Teeth: When a human changes into a werewolf their teeth will lengthen, sharpen, and harden. These hardened teeth combined with the werewolves enhanced strength allow them to bite through most materials including wood, bone, and most metals.
Senseshifting: Some werewolves have access to their heightened senses while in human form, either naturally or through a process called ‘sense shifting.’ This process takes practice to master but they essentially learn to shift only the nose, eyes or ears.
Enhanced Healing: Werewolves heal much faster than humans. This is mainly due to a much faster heart rate and blood flow which causes most bodily activities to happen faster. There is a lesser-known benefit to this. The increased blood flow combined with the overall increased strength of the werewolf body enables it to cure and prevent most chronic illnesses.
Immortality: Typical werewolves can live between 130 and 200 (or more) years depending on the type of werewolf. Caius, being an Original, has lived for over a thousand years without aging. While he still believes that he will eventually pass away someday, he is immortal.
Being an original, all abilities are enhanced a thousand fold compared to the younger werewolves. But while Caius is immortal, he is not immune to injuries.
Weaknesses:Silver: The idea that werewolves are weak to silver has never really been substantiated. The idea of a werewolf's weakness to silver comes from the ancient belief that silver was related to the moon and the moon goddess Luna. And since the moon holds power over werewolves then so must silver.

Biography:Orphaned at a young age, he and his twin sister were cared for by wild wolves in the forests of Rome. They were later adopted by a human family. Nobody knew how he survived with his sister in the woods and no one was really willing to believe that they were raised by wild animals. Contrary to his supposed upbringing, as a child, he was silent and thoughtful and often said things that were wise for his age. A close friend of the family once remarked that Caius had a very, very old soul when she looked deep into his eyes.
His first transformation happened on the full moon of his 13th birthday. Somehow sensing it before it happened, he had taken his sister deep into the forest where both of them underwent their painful transformation from human to wolf. Not being able to control his feral instincts and blinded by pain, he howled at the moon and attacked the smaller creatures that hid in the shadows. But as soon as he saw his sister, he calmed down and was able to help her with her own transformation. It had been an odd experience to be able to hear each other's thoughts but it was something he thought convenient. The raw power ushered in by the full moon was overwhelming at first but it didn't take long for him to have it under control.
As the moon receded into the horizon, the twins transformed back into their human forms. But because of the fear of putting their adoptive family in danger, both decided it best to leave and seek out those similar to them, if they existed.
The twins met with different wolf packs during their travels but never ran with any of them, preferring to run only with each other. They traveled from one country to the next, never staying in the same place for too long. It was advantageous that they never really needed to worry about keeping up appearances and explaining why they didn't seem to age. But because of that, both didn't have a chance to form lasting relationships. It didn't seem to bother them until Caius met Callie Lenson and imprinted on her. Because of that, he eventually decided to settle down wherever she was. Right now, it was Carson City.
