Hello~ My screen name is LadyTale, but you can call me Tale. You can also call me Chaos, if you wish. There's a bit of a story behind that nickname, but it's not one I'm likely to share. It would take too long, anyway.
I'll participate in many genres of RPs, but there are a few I avoid. Some of my favorite genres are fantasy and action/adventure, although I also like sci-fi and romance, up to a point.
I read a lot of fanfiction. An almost ridiculous amount of fanfiction, actually. If there are any fandom RPs out there for the fandoms I'm interested in, I'll most likely join.
In conclusion, I am Sherlocked, a member of Loki's Army, a Whovian, and an anime lover.
"I'll have to take you up on that sometimes." Ephraim smiled slightly. "Should be fun. As for the meditating thing, it's not really my style. Doubt I have the patience for it." "A match between you two?" Ephidel chuckled lightly. "Now, that's a battle I'd loathe to miss. Do tell me before you start."
Thank you. I get that we're gods and overpowered, but I'm trying to keep us from being too overpowered. There's a fine line between overpowered and gamebreaking, which I'm trying to avoid crossing.
On that note, do you think my characters are too underpowered? I'm not sure about it, and would appreciate a second opinion.
"Of course he did." Ephidel let an amused smirk break his poker face. "Do you think I would show myself for anything less?" "He left before I could." Ephraim's lips curved into an annoyed frown. He didn't like anyone seeing his scars, and Adrian's nickname was... irritating. "I'm the son of Anuke. Fighting makes me feel alive. It's a release for me." Only here, in the healer's cabin, did he let his iron-strong facade drop. Only here did he show his true feelings. A hint of concern reached Ephidel's eyes. "There are safer ways to vent, you know." "If I took out my anger and frustration on the other demigods, I'd probably kill them by accident." Ephraim replied bluntly.

There used to be many different pantheons. The Greeks. The Romans. The Egyptians. The Norse. The Aztec. The Hindu. The Japanese. And many more. Now, they are gone. Now, there is only one pantheon. The Merged.
For many years, the pantheons were ignorant of each other; only their kings knew that the others existed. It was meant to stay that way until the Ending of Days. However, Zeus decided that the pantheons united could better stand against their foes, and brought the other kings around to his point of view. One by one, the kings decided to meet. Horus was the first to agree. Odin was the last. It was decided that they would meet at Mt. Olympus.
And so they came. After the surprise wore off, bonds quickly formed between the pantheons. Hermes and Loki became great friends. Athena and Thoth discussed their studies. Poseidon and Ryujin formed a friendly rivalry. But it was not only bonds of friendship that were created that day.
Attraction blossomed between many. Athena forsook her vows for Loki. Zeus grew enamored of Isis. Amaterasu became fond of Vayu. There were many more pairings, both likely and unlikely. These romances produced children, raised in secret. And, as Greek legend dictated, those children rose against their parents and overthrew them. Unlike the legends, however, the Merged gods and goddesses were merciful. If they swore upon the River Styx never to rise against their children, the Merged would let their parents live.
And so, the pantheons of the world fell to the Merged. Some gods refused to bow to their children, and they were destroyed. Others took their vows and lived with their children in peace. All who bent the knee to the Merged were spared, be they god or titan, monster or Jotunn.
The old world was gone. A new world, governed by new gods, had come. Now it was time... to live out their fate.
Our characters are gods, so they're gonna be rather OP. I get that. However, it won't be fun if we're invincible. So, please give your characters some flaws/limitations/weaknesses. No god-modding, bunnying, or killing other people's characters without permission. Your characters can be Merged gods or goddesses, or gods or goddesses from the former pantheons. You can also be titans, monsters, or Jotunn. There can be overlap between the spheres of control of two gods/goddesses. If your character's sphere overlaps with that of another character, please work it out between yourselves peacefully. Also, two different authors may have children of the same two gods/goddesses. That is perfectly acceptable, and you can work out the sibling relationship between yourselves. Characters may fight; authors may not. And most importantly, have fun!
name: gender: godly parents: sphere of control: (Basically, what your character is the god/goddess of.) appearance: personality: sacred animal: powers: weapon(s): other:
Our characters have taken over Mt. Olympus and remodeled it to their taste. Therefore, the setting is pretty open. The older gods who survived can be whoever you please. I say that Loki, Hermes, and Bast survived. Y'all can add whatever gods/goddesses you like to that list.
