I'll vote Diabolus too. He's arguably the strongest one, so doing him first keeps the first battle from being too easy.
I have to make some minor changes to my character, but i'll post him here soon.

Edit: I wonder, what happens if one of our characters dies during the battle? Does he come back to life for the next?

Edit2: Drallinix, i just notice that your character can move "twenty times as fast as a normal man". That's a very vague way to state it. Does that mean 20 times sprinting speed of the average human? Cause that would mean he sprints at 200 mph at least.
Ornstein and Smough extreme? I can get into that. Though any of these at 8 times strength would be insane. We'd either need some kind of progression mechanic or just add more players in the later stages.

Random question: Drallinix, if your character is essentially an evil demon, why is he fighting other evil demons?
Funnily, the character i was planning to use is also a half demon. Might be too much of the same thing. I shall consider a different one.
Diabolus is not intended to be attacked directly though, and our characters aren't city blocks. It's like a Shadow of the Colossus battle, his great strength is offset by being cumbersome. He can be defeated by characters of the same power level as required for the other demons, as long as the characters are suitable.

Edit: I suppose we just gotta experiment around. I've got characters suited for this power level and for a higher one, so in the end it's up to Laios.
Wait, you say he casts a spell on a trap disk to activate it, but the only thing he could cast on it is essence binding. Or did i miss something?

Now, he's still not all that much weaker than the demons, it seems. He either needs to be further nerfed or the demons must be buffed. I'd vote for the second option.
Schradinger has a point, all the demons are weaker than i would have expected. Even Diabolus, if our characters have the right move set to exploit his weaknesses.
I'll have to use a different character than originally planned, but i can cope if you guys can.

On a different point, Adramalech's stats kinda confuse me. How come he has 25 tons of grip strength and 50 tons of swing force, but only 600 lbs of lifting strength? It's the same muscles that attribute to all three of those.
I was gonna have Beelzebub as second choice, but i can agree with Asmodeus too.
Hey, don't forget about me. Though i suppose if 3 people is the absolute maximum i'll give you precedence, drillinix, as you got here first.
Until we get an answer to that, i too will vote for Diabolus.
I wouldn't be surprised if Biddz lost his appetite for this RP with LeeRoy gone, which brings us down to 3. That's less people than i intended to run this with, but it might still work. I guess it depends on you. If you're truly still interested you can post and we'll keep it running, but i'm also willing to pronounce it dead and try again some other time.
I'll join too if you need a third person. Not sure what power level to aim for, since the demons don't seem to be on quite the same level, but there's 2 or 3 characters that i can make work.
I can get into this
I'll wait till seeing your CS before posting my own, to see what you define as god-like powers.
