@Otaku95 Cool, I like Run. I won't ask how they're connected yet - No RP spoilers for me! :P
Wraith

Just as Wraith was about to open her mouth again, the person they'd all been waiting for walked in through the wall, and was promptly scared off by one of the most intimidating attempts at starting a conversation she'd ever encountered. Maybe having a room of armed and dangerous super-powered vigilantes wasn't the best way to start a friendship. Who knew? she thought, rolling her eyes in a way that made it quite clear what she was thinking.

She snapped out of her daydream when she heard Omega shout at her and Ecto to chase him down. As much as she'd love to stay here and be sarcastic, the guy had a point. I hate it when they have a point. If they wanted to calm Walker down for a talk though, whatever that thing Raven had summoned wouldn't help. It freaked Wraith out, and it was probably on her side.

Aiming for the space that Wall Walker had just disappeared through, Wraith phased through the wall after him, just a little too slow for her to see where he'd gone. This chase was going well so far, then. Sometimes Wraith thought she should spend less time on one-liners and more time on her job. Then again, one-liners were the most important part. She shook her head in frustration. Great. All that talk, and she'd lost him within ten seconds. If only some kind of convenient noise would lead her to where he was. On cue, she heard Omega shouting from nearby, and sprinted as fast as she could towards the source of the noise, just to see the gravity controller crumple.

She didn't have time to see if he was alright, and didn't really care either. Natural selection and everything. She was far more interested in chasing down Wall Walker, whose leg she saw disappear through the back wall. She vaguely noticed the sound of another person or two entering the room behind her as she sprinted after the criminal, phasing through the wall behind his exit within seconds. Someone needed to keep track of the guy. He'd better hope the rest of them catch up fast. For his sake, and that of his internal organs.

This was starting to annoy her now, and she completely forgot her persona as she started to chase him down. "You should really give this whole chase thing up, pal." she said, losing her cheerfulness in favour of an almost emotionless monotone. "Your powers are just a discount version of my own, anyway. And if there's one thing I hate, it's a cheap knockoff."

As she spoke, she laid on an extra burst of speed, hoping to catch up to Wall Walker. She was prepared for the guy to try and surprise her, but decided to give him a taste of his own medicine, raising the density of her fist as launched a quick punch at the fleeing criminal, preparing herself mentally for him to retaliate.
Tatsumi

Tatsumi couldn't really think of any more reason not to go with the girl. He didn't completely trust this, but he'd feel pretty stupid if he turned away the first kind person he met in the capital. "Better than sleeping outside, I guess..." he grumbled, allowing Lady Aria's guards to guide him into the carriage. He looked back at the black-haired guy. "Hey, you coming? You'll probably feel better after getting a warm bed." After saying this, he entered the carriage and was placed in a seat next to a girl who seemed to have blue hair. Great. Back to the crazy people. He quickly found out that he was right. Yay.

Skye

Wow, these guys looked miserable. Like, they were probably nice people, great to talk to, blah blah blah, but they just looked so gloomy. Like, brown-hair guy just seemed like he thought she was going to beat him up or something. Huh. Should I beat him up? I don't want him to be disappointed if I don't. Skye seriously considered this for a moment, but decided not to. He looked like a kicked puppy already. He owed her one now, even if he didn't know it. Sky made a note of this in her head.

Anyway, she decided to call out to black-haired guy, who she would call Gloomy until a better name came along. "Come on, Gloomy! The carriage is amazing! They even have little cushions on the seats!" There. He had to agree to come now. Who could resist the offer of tiny cushions? Maybe brown-haired guy. He didn't seem as excited about them as she was. The world was sometimes a cruel place. Considering this, Skye looked down at the floor, sadly shaking her head. Why couldn't she just meet people who appreciated the important things in life?
Do I need to post mine again since it's in at the start? If not, just confirming that I'm here!
Wraith

An orphanage? Really? Wraith hoped that there was a good reason for this, and it wasn't just some kind of sick joke. Complaining wouldn't help her standing with the group at all, and she got the feeling that Ditch already didn't like her very much. Not that that was Wraith's problem. Ditch, and the rest of the group, would just have to sort out their creative differences. She'd find a way to work around them for now, although she probably wouldn't get away with any of her more direct methods. With that in mind, she checked her pockets and smiled when her hand closed around a small glass vial. I can do less direct.

She switched off her phone. It didn't seem likely that she'd get any more messages concerning the case, meaning that the only person likely to message her would be her dad shouting at her for being out of the house. Nothing of any use. Speaking of useless, her sense of direction had fallen apart. She knew she was late by now, but there was no rush. The upside of not being trusted by her teammates was that they wouldn't start without her, seeing as they probably wanted to keep track of her actions. She had to be close by now though. Really, with the amount of time she'd spent walking around she should have found it by now just through random chance. Ahh, well, she'd give it another ten minutes. Not like she was going to ask anyone for directions. She didn't want to deal with witnesses, and she couldn't just eliminate innocent people for seeing her face.

Sure enough, she soon found the orphanage, managing to avoid running into anyone that asked questions. She'd not even been distracted by her job, which was surprising. Perhaps the criminals just weren't coming out today. It seemed possible that they were ignoring her, which was annoying. Incredibly annoying, much like most of the people she had to work with. No use in procrastinating any longer, so she headed to their meeting place.

Sure enough, it seemed like most of them were here. She wasn't as late as she thought though, getting in right after Ecto. Good thing too. She'd have hated to miss a chance to face off against another super. Especially one with powers so similar to her own, it seemed interesting. Even if she didn't get a proper fight out of it, she loved a good chase. It was always more fun when they ran away.

She walked towards the group with a smile. Time for her to at least try to act friendly. She knew Ditch was suspicious of her, to say the least, but she didn't know how many of the other vigilantes had figured her out. No harm in trying to maintain a good impression for as long as possible. "Hey there!" she said cheerfully, fixing her mask onto her face. "Am I late? Sorry if I am! I'm sure you all missed me just as much as I missed you." Sure, that really meant not at all, but who were they to know that. She followed this up with a cheerful smile, as though she was just too shallow and stupid to grasp the seriousness of their task.

Ugh. Wraith hated this airheaded persona, but it normally seemed to work to hide her motivations. No reason to trouble the average citizen or weak-willed vigilante with her need to eliminate the lawbreakers, and who would suspect it of someone that appeared so shallow? At least her acting skills were helping out with something, as long as no-one picked up on it. She was trying to avoid eye contact with Ditch especially. A few words from the hacker could quite easily ruin the charade. Still, Wraith planned to keep her word. No unnecessary accidents.

Such a shame that all the 'accidents' she'd caused were very much necessary.

Tatsumi

Tatsumi was not having a good day. He was supposed to make it in the capital and become a hero for his village, but all he'd done was get tossed out of recruitment and lose all his money to some stupid bo- woman. Ugh. He'd really been wrong about the capital. There was something wrong with the people here. They all seemed to be able to tell that he wasn't from there, and they kept taking advantage of it. He hoped that Sayo and Ieyasu were doing better.

He realised that he hadn't been keeping track of where he was going, but it wouldn't matter. Not like he knew much about the city anyway. Maybe he would run into someone he could talk to. He sat next to some black-haired dude on a bench at the side of the road. He looked as unhappy as Tatsumi felt. He thought about talking to the guy, but considering the way everyone in this city acted, he'd probably get mugged or something. Black-haired guy didn't look too friendly anyway. "What's with this city..." Tatsumi muttered angrily. "You can't trust anyone here."

Skye

This girl seemed sorta freaky. Listen, Skye could appreciate kindness and all, but who goes around picking up homeless strangers off the street without getting paid? Ehh, whatever. Maybe she'd seen the flyers? Yeah, that had to be it! She just had an appreciation for Skye's artistic talents. Skye nodded to herself smugly, feeling like she'd managed to figure everything out. Sometimes even I'm amazed with how smart I am. Just as she'd figured this out, the carriage suddenly stopped.

"Does that person not have a place to stay?" said the girl, pointing to a pair standing near a bench at the side of the road. Her guards seemed especially annoyed at this point. "Another one?" the nearest guard sighed. "Lady Aria, are you sure that this is a good idea?" the girl just ignored them and ran over to the guys. "Do you two need a place to stay? My family's house has enough space for both of you!" she said happily. "Please, come with me!"

@Inertia Are you guys still doing the collab? I'm here now
Wraith

Wraith had decided that there was something very, very wrong with morning people. She could understand being awake if there was some kind of appointment, or perhaps a house fire, but who would voluntarily get up before at least 10, given the choice? Note, voluntarily. Apparently being 'grounded' involved her father making her get up before he went to work, go to the kitchen, and be subjected to a long disappointed lecture on life decisions. At 7AM. This had to violate at least one of her human rights.

Sadly, there was no way for her to confront the culprit, as her dad had already left for work.

At least she would always have coffee. The only positive part of the morning was getting a mug of delicious caffeine to start the day. She knew her dad had gone out to get some more recently, and was searching the cupboards to find it while she boiled the water. Where was it? Come on, there had to be a packet! Tucked away at the side of a drawer, there was a bag of coffee, which she eagerly grabbed, and used to make herself a mug, settling down on the couch with it in hand.

Just as she was about to take a sip, she realised that something felt wrong. She gasped, staring in horror at the mug as though it were a nuclear bomb about to detonate. She felt her skin crawling, pins and needles racing along her back, she could practically taste the horror that lingered in the air around her. It can't be. Dad! You told me it was okay, that everything was fine! Why!? still, deep down, Wraith knew she had been betrayed, and stared at the monstrosity that lay before her.

Decaf.

After recovering from the emotional turmoil of the previous hour, Wraith decided that she was no longer complying with the grounding. She had suffered enough without being trapped indoors all day, thank you very much. Besides, who else was going to deal out justice to the masses? Certainly not those idiots she'd dealt with last night. She'd be surprised if they could find the word 'justice' in a dictionary. Speaking of idiots, though, she considered visiting that 'headquarters' they'd been at last night. They'd mentioned renovations, and a minifridge. Wraith liked minifridges. They were conveniently sized both for storing beverages and swinging at evildoers. The best of both worlds.

Then again, there was always the chance that there would be someone else having the same idea as her, and she wasn't sure that she would really feel like having a conversation with any of them. Team bonding would inevitably be necessary, but it wasn't always fun having to maintain her cheerful persona in front of that lot. Especially since she suspected a few of them saw right through it. Thinking about it though, they'd figure out her motivations if she was the one to get a hold of Wall Walker. I'll have to ask Ditch if we want them alive. And whether it will hurt the plans if that doesn't happen.

She did have a few things that she wanted to clarify, actually. And perhaps it would do her good to interact with her teammates, all things being what they were, so she headed out to headquarters, taking her usual equipment with her just in case. She decided to keep the mask in her pocket seeing as it was daytime. Dressing up was all well and good in the dead of night, but while the sun was out she just felt like an idiot. She needed it with her though - no telling when she might get a call.

She arrived at the headquarters not too long after - a few choice shortcuts through walls could save a girl a surprising amount of time, and the one guy who'd threatened her with a knife had barely put up a fight. It took more energy not to laugh at him than it did to finish him off. She supposed that was what evading justice did to you. After that, people had seemed to keep their distance from her a little. Their wide-eyed stares had been slightly creepy.

She thought about putting on her mask before entering the 'headquarters', but kept it in her pocket instead. She wasn't anyone important in her normal life, and as such, had no public identity to hide from. Even her vigilante identity wasn't very well known, since she didn't exactly leave many witnesses behind, and fewer than that had been brave enough to spread rumours. As she entered the room, she noticed a pair of people already in there. A woman that she was pretty sure she'd never seen before, and... Was that the lightning guy? Oh, goody. He sure seemed like the life of the party. Still, might as well try to be sociable.

"Well, well, well. I was kinda convinced you weren't coming back after your little performance." she called out with a smile, taking in her surroundings before she strolled over to them. Wraith was admittedly slightly worried she would offend him with her attempts at conversation, but no harm in trying. Okay, maybe a lot of harm in trying. To one of them, at least.

"Anyway, what was I saying? Oh, right. You're the lightning guy, Levi, I think Ditch called you? And your friend here..." Wraith turned to look at her directly. "Well, meaning no offense, I don't think I've seen you before in my life."

She gave the pair a confident smile, before remembering that Levi had left before the introductions. "Oh, yeah. I don't know if you've been told our names yet, but I'm Wraith. I guess we're gonna be working together for a while."
It's no problem :) Life gets in the way sometimes!
