Waiting until they left, Jordy got to his knees and worked to save his only friend. Tugging at the rope with shaky hands, Jordy eventually managed to get Lilith free.
"h-wh-what a-a-a-are y-you?" Jordy whispered, helping Lilith to her feet.

What were they talking about? The sixteen-year-old was quite confused. As they forced open Lilith's mouth, Jordy saw the fangs. What...? The boy blinked his eyes in surprise. What WAS she?!?

The boy's heart was pounding. Why were these people trying to kill her?!? Raising his arm, Jordy took the shot of garlic into his own system, blood dripping from the puncture mark.

Before the boy could reply, Jordy looked over as she was suddenly grabbed.
"H-H-Hey! L-Let h-her g-go!" Jordy shouted.
Eyes huge, the boy had no idea what to do. Heart pounding, Jordy gulped, wondering that's what he looked like when his father beat him.
But as this continued, Jordy saw one of the figures draw a blade. Acting on impulse, the boy threw himself over Lilith, crying out as the blade stabbed him in the back, protecting Lilith.

Looking over, Jordy blinked in surprise, seeing the cloaked figures. Where this the people that wanted Lilith dead? His...friend? The word was foreign to the boy.
"Th-This w-w-way." Taking her cold hand, Jordy almost jerked his hand away. Why was she so cold?!?

Why did Lilith care about what happened to him? A long deep breath escaped from Jordy as the boy plopped down onto the swing next to her. This girl sure was strange to be sure. But at the same time, Jordy didn't want to leave. Jordy was rather confused as to what to do. But at the same time, he knew if he stayed, his fathervwould likely one day kill him. "O...Okay..." The boy breathed, chewing on his lower lip.

The girl let out a scream, starting to struggle within the metal restraints holding the the girl to the hospital styled bed, wearing only undergarments and a hospital gown.
"Who are?!? Where am I?!? What's going on?!?" Panicked gray eyes stared wide at the Hunan-like-figure.
