I'm intrested in this. I can still join in right? I would make a really weird special, magical race but it wouldn't be overpowered. Just wanted to know if you're okay with it. (as i saw the 'race' part on the CS, also i'm kinda new to this website. I know the basic RP rules and stuff but is there anthing special i should know?)
The great circular hall of the Council was filled with yawns and drowsy eyes. The Monthly Tax Report was being read. Even Nemur and Natalia where near asleep when suddenly the doors from the hallway burst open. Jurich, who was nearly fast asleep suddenly shot upright, casting an angry glance at the intruders. But anger quickly flew away as it was seen who entered the circular chambers. Anita, quickly followed by Imast.

“Council! I bring news from Valhall!” she shouted out. The reader surrendered his spot in the middle of the chambers. Anita took that place and rolled open a parchment. “At the far West from here, above, what people call the Uncharted Ocean, is a country by the name of Lacria. This nation has recently declared themselves no allies of the Empire of Valhall.” She spoke out loud. Many members looked around. Advisors began to whisper. Until eventually Natalia, her mother stood up. “How does this concern us, my child?” she asked in a ceremonial way.

“The letter send from Lacria to Valhall bore 3 seals. A Wolf print, a bear print and-“ she tried to continue, but behind the council members the advisors where whispering too much. Nobody would be able to hear what she said. Like a class full of children they noticed the Council Members their silence, and followed their example. “and a human hand…containing a dragon.” An explosion of murmur erupted. Jurich and Amelia shot upright. But Ridrik, wised of them all finally spoke. “Calm my children, calm. This could merely be something ornate. The seal does not tell us anything. Or do you have more information my child?” he spoke like an old grandfather. Anita nodded. “Yes Lord Ridrik. A merchant recently returned from these lands. He told me about the old local legends. Creatures named WereDracs used to live there.” Murmur erupted again. Again it was calmed by the hand of Ridrik. “He said there used to be an ancient bloodline that fused with the WereDracs!” she eventually said.
The Council went on until deep into the night. It was eventually decided that an expedition force would be gathered and sent out. The Empire of Valhall was informed that this force was merely to find a diplomatic solution so no war was needed between Valhall and Lacria.

The boat chosen was the only dragon carrier: Oceanus. In the past it could carry 2 dragons. But they have grown and now only one could fit in the ship. A White Dragon of the Order was chosen to accompany the expedition force. Along with the force went the merchant as a guide towards the lands. Finally, one Water Dragon also came along. It did not require place to rest, eat or sleep like the White Dragon. It could perfectly well survive in the ocean and kept swimming around the ship. Anita and Imast lead the expedition. Together with them where a few sailors, 5 Templars and 5 mages of the House of Taos.
Some people knew eachother from reputation, some already knew eachother others where complete stranger. You could chose to know someone else there. Also i'm just putting it out here but i won't be able to roleplay untill late tonight. Sorry (late = 11 p.m. GMT or later)
David quickly followed after Luci. He started to realise that his entire plan could no longer work. Soon enough everything would be in lockdown. Never the less he looked sidways to the hallway for the cells. He felt bad. These where people like him. Captured and placed here. Who even wanted them here!? He once heard it was the goverment. Several senators rose to power that demanded that all special lifeforms need to be imprisonned. They simply wanted a normal, boring society. But there was something wrong. He wasn't stupid. He read papers. Heard rumors from the guards. Now with the map of Payne, more questions started to form.

The facility was massive in every way. Huge cell blocks, some empty and waiting for someone. It was build deep under the foundations of Metropolis. No matter how you looked at it, this place was expensive and more importantly, well maintained. Little cleaning bots constantly swept the corridors and sometimes the cells. He once saw a guard get his food while on guard duty. The food didn't look cheap. Further more, the facility was high tech. Cams, keycards, fingerprint scanners, blastdoors. And finally, the MSP was very well equiped. Bulletproof armor, gasmasks, a gun, a taser and much more equipment.

Someone had to finance this place. Could the goverment really pay for all this? Suddently he realised he was lost in his own thoughts. He looked away from the cell block corridor with a heavy hard and followed the rest. The second they where free, he would share his thoughts with Cyrus, Payne and Riley.
The man in armor dropped down dead after Cyrus had punched him. In the mean time David had taken the pistol of a dead guard, some ammo and the keycard. It could come in handy later. Then he heard Cyrus shouting. "We are soooo screwed." he heard. He couldn't blame Green. This all happened so fast now. But they had to breach that door. That was the first step to breaking out.

So that's what David did. He started to force all his power at one point. A seemingly purple little crystal formed where he held his hands close to each other. The focal point was between them. With a near inhuman shout he released the crystal. it flew fast at the door. With an enormous forst it dented the door and the steel plate behind it severally, nearly breaking it open. Adrenaline was taking over but he knew it would be a bad idea to do that again. Most of the guards where now either disarmed or dead. "Someone! Help me with this door!" he shouted, hoping someone had some usefull power to make the final push and break it.
Where guards before the cam was disabled. As far as i know payne just spat at one guy's mask. It's an offense but i doubt an army of guards would rush in for that just for that. Also, now the cover is blown and our powers are fully functioning. Can we break open other cells and create a complete prison break?
As soon as David saw the sparks off the cam he turned around, aimed his spinning, floating pen at a guard. He concentrated all his power behind the pen, making it spin faster and faster. Finally he released, sending the pen at the guard with a speed slightly faster than a bullet. The sudden surge of released power overcharged his bracelet, as the little lights flickered and finally died. He looked up at the guard. He must have been luck. The pen had pierced the gas mask and drilled itself in the skill.

He felt a sudden sickness overcome him. It was the first time he killed someone. Hell, it was the first time he saw someone die or get injured like that. But he got it together. He looked up again. Riley had punched a guy in such a way that the poor guy started vomitting in his mask. Now with the bracelet and his senses somewhat regained he felt a sudden freedom. Like he was once chained but now free. He didn't feel like this for too long. But then the twelve other guards entered. This would become more than a bloodbath. This would be carnage.

With his mind and will he first looked at the thrown away gun. He lifted it off the ground and shot it towards Mattew's hands. The kid didn't even know what his powers where. But at least he could make himself usefull and try to hit some of the guards with a bullet. He hoped Mattew understood that. Then he looked at a guard who was kicking Cyrus. With all his focus he tried to lift the guard. It worked! Then he heard what Riley was shouting. "THEN WE NEED TO UNFUCK THE SITUATION!" he shouted back. There was no dropping out now. They where commited. Everyone in the room, if they liked it or not.
Okay so your dragons where just a tiny bit more special if you are okay with that (also, if you want, at a certain point in the future, bring back your dragons i would be okay with that). Also, the Dracomancers wouldn't be like WereDracs. They would be more like dragonknights that can temporarily and partly turn into dragons and/or use dragonic magic. If you're okay with that.
Oh so they also have a human form? Hmmmmm, didn't really anticipate that. Would you mind if i'd say that those were like 'high dragons' or a special branch of dragons? I was planning in the very far future for making some Dracomancers maybe.
I think it would be okay with Corin. But a question, in the history part of your nation Dracs could talk right? (just so that my dragons, at a certain point, are supposed to do the same)
