Notable Skills: He is an extremely skilled swordsman, specifically in an Iaido style art of sword drawing. He is the fastest attacker in the clan, and very few people in Baji can get the first hit on him. As such he specializes in taking down foes with his first attack. When that fails he is still very fast and while he isn't the best at fights of strength he is extremely nimble and fast and can almost always get more swings in than his foe.
Magical Abilities:Like all of his family he is capable of seeing spirits even when they are invisible to human eyes as well as capable of seeing ripples in the realm as they enter the physical world. He is also capable of physically harming them both with hand and with blade, allowing him to physically disperse them if needed instead of using seals and rituals.
Shadow Dance: By focusing spiritual energy into one of the gems embedded into his body, he creates a doppelganger bade out of raw spirit energy. For the next few seconds this doppelganger mirrors his every move, slashing outward with a replica blade of its own. Using this drains a lot of spiritual energy and doing it too often without rest physically harms him.
Ki Techniques/powers: Ki Strike: By focusing his energy he is capable of increasing the power of hi strikes, with a blade this increases the sharpness and durability of the blade. The more he focuses the more power the strikes will have.
Weapons: A Katana forged by the finest sword maker in the Shima clan, and blessed by their finest mystics. It interacts with the magic in his body to form a blade capable of cutting past a persons and into the spirit within them (used exorcise people through swordplay)
Other Gear: He has his retainers carry anything he needs aside from his sword.
Personality: Most would say his feminine appearance is an accurate look into the man he is: a pampered man obsessed with pretty things and living a life of pleasure and excess. And in the castle that is mostly accurate, the young Lord always seems happy and cheerful and more focused on romantic pursuits than any glory. Any familiar with him know however that regardless of his personality his loyalty to his clan means he will do anything to protect them and hidden under his feminine gaze are the eyes of a hardened killer.
Brief history: This new more war ready Shima clan was the one that Keiji was born into, one of Lord Shima's several sons his life was a mix of luxury and bloodshed. While not next in line for control he was still expected to be a leader and began fighting in the wars of his clan before he was even a teenager. He had received the best of training and been augmented with old Shima relics to further his potential, awakening a deadly killing machine beneath his soft girly appearance. As he grew older he was given a small group of what were officially retainers, but were actually soldiers and assassins that he would lead into missions to protect the Shima Clan's future. While people are now aware that they often go and fight alone, no one knows the extent of what they do and rumors vary wildly.
