Sorta thinking transformation. Who needs toilet paper when you can shift into a cat? The whole island is your litterbox. I kid, I kid xD Seriously though, I'll start working on a CS tomorrow. Given everyone's examples, i'm a little hesitant on spells, which is why transformation appeals to me =P not much else to shapeshifting other than picking...maybe two main forms? I'm thinking something along the lines of a feline or canine, but I want it to be a bit more interesting than the average bear/wolf/cat/manbearpig.
And wow props to the person who built a spell tree, idr who it was exactly but that's dedication xD

I'm thinking something along the lines of a girl who enjoys being an animal more so than she enjoys being human. Of course, if you remain in one form too long you tend to forget how to be the other and consequences might occur (such as eating a noble's cat. I heard that's a quick way to get into trouble). I'm even thinking along the lines of Alethara eating someone in her "other" form and not being able to remember it when she does shift back and that's why she gets sent away to the island (it's no fun if your prisoners get eaten by a madwoman. Only one person on the noose isn't much of a public execution). Maybe the longer she spends in her other form, the harder it is for her to become human again? I think that'd be pretty fun to work with.
