The reason I have not posted is because is because Alex doesn't have much to do.
Paranoia, bad for forming longstanding and meaningful relationships: Good for staying alive during war. I think I will wait to see what other people would post since Natus wouldn't be the kind of person to rush into battle. Though I image he has been preparing for everything since being sent on a mission.
Redd had followed silently behind the bugbear, quietly, lost in fantasies of human blood while also making sure he did not trip. He listened to the answers the elder gave, and briefly thought of what the blood of gods would taste like, however while he was ambitious, he realized that many more steps had to be taken before considering that reward, however the idea of their champions seemed like a necessary stepping stone along that path.

He did not know what they was saying, however he found the glow of magic both ominous and tantalizing. He was already at the back of the group, so he took this time to separate himself from the group and hide in a bush. While his red skin betrayed him, sneaking is a lot easier when no one is looking for you.

It seemed like they was about to do something, probably violent, however what are they was about to do would be the prefect time to strike. He took a twig from the ground, and began to use his claws to file it into a small, make-shift spear. If all went as planned, he would not need to barter for the valuable human blood, he could just take it.
Well, if there is a uniform, no would be able to tell if Natus is wearing one.

Is my cs acceptable?

I am not sure if this character will fit into the story, however this is the first solid idea I got in my head. I can redesign him if need be.
Redd considered reattempting sneaking up on the bugbear, however, he realized that there was a much larger world outside of this cave. This bugbear was small potatoes, besides how tasty could something with "bug" in its name be.

A devious smile spread across his face when the bugbear described humans. If they are lords of his world, it must be because they have the best blood. And they was nearby. He started to consider how he was going to extract some of this precious fluid from these dangerous beast. The word "trade" made sense in his mind, he knew what that word meant. He looked around, and realized he didn't have anything to trade though. There was a rock, but he had an understanding that a rock was not as valuable as the material he sought after.

It seemed as his best lead was this "Sebu" fellow. Perhaps he knew how to get blood from these bigger people without much fuss.
And the literal blood-thirst begins.
Redd found this new person interesting. He was similar to a goblin, but Redd didn't think he was a goblin, or at least not exactly goblin. He did not quite have the words to state how was related, nor the context to give those words any meaning. While he had only seen goblins other than possibly this one person, or what he presumes is all goblins, he had some understanding that there was more than rocks and goblins.

A thought nagged at the back of his mind, he didn't look like a goblin, maybe his blood tasted differently than goblins, and maybe different goblins blood tasted differently, however looking around, the most appeasing "doner" was the big guy. Surely he had enough blood to share a bit of it. However, he didn't know if he could simply ask. What if he was greedy and did not want to share.

Redd began to hug the wall of the cave, and tried to sneaky move towards the two older creatures. However, he failed miserably. Firstly, he was red, and that didn't help him blend into the stone wall. Secondly, he was not very good on his feet. About half-way to the two figures, he tripped over a rock.
