Who is still around who isn't doing anything. I designed Quill pretty much entirely so he can just happen upon people to interact with, as opposed to Ferron who is right now just lurking within the dwarf cave. If nothing else, I will have him wander upon the fear spiral scene.
Appearance : Quill will often take the form of a regular human, with brown hair and unnaturally yellow eyes. As he primarily uses this form in order to wander Tabrasa, he is usually seen with travelling clothes suited for the environment, even whenever he is some form of civilization. However, whenever he does formally met with another god, rarely he will to dress nicely. Whenever he does want to appear formal, he will wear a simple, pristine white travelling robe with golden accents.
He will also often take the form of a small, brown sparrow, normally for the purposes of travelling or being inconspicuous. While he prefers a sparrow, he is also capable of taking the form of other birds to better suit the environment.
It is very rare for the Wanderer to appear within his godly form, as he maintains this form in a very serious situations which he typically tries to avoid. In this form, he appears as a giant, four-winged eagle. All of his feathers are brown, except for his stomach feathers which are white and the feathers at the tip of his wings which are golden.
Realm
As a god of travelling, having a realm has been difficult. However, the illusory nature of the realm of travelling has interested and so he had pursued the idea of creating one. However, most of his attempts had failed. Merely trying to imbue a piece of ground with his divine power seemed to be temporary at most. He had tried to designate a specific pathway as his divine realm, and it had lasted longer, but without anyone travelling among the trail, his power seemed to fade from the area. He had tried to walk the path by himself, but that quickly began to bore him. At one point, he had constructed a castle, and tried to imbue it as his realm. The result was that the castle tried to move south and ended up collapsing.
Eventually, his efforts began to tire him, and so he quickly constructed a cottage using his power, and tried to recover his strength, and made plans to circumnavigate the world a few times as creating a realm began to bore him. While resting, he found himself drifting asleep, whenever he awoke from the strange dream of the door, he stepped out of the cottage only to find himself, and the cottage, in a completely different area.
Not even Quill fully understands the rules of the Nomadic Cottage, however he does knows that it will occasionally disappear and reappear on another location on Tabrasa, and this process is nearly instantaneous. It is more durable than its construction would lead a person to believe, and will seemingly teleport in respond to being damaged. It can not appear within a region dominated by another divine influence, including divine domains.
He will occasionally spend time within the cottage, but he has no special way to locate the cottage except for a wind-chime that he had placed within it that alerts him of its location whenever it rings. It is also the only item of special importance that he keeps within the cottage.
Biography : Quill is a younger god, though he has forgotten the exact time of his creation. He is also one of the weaker gods, with a very specific domain, though he seems to pay little heed to this. He is prone to flights of fancy, of grand-projects he usually leaves only half complete. However, he is most prone to merely wandering around the world without much purpose. Sometimes he will walk along, sometimes he will walk with someone else, and sometimes he will walk with a group of people. And between his pet projects, and his endless wandering, he is often content and relaxed. Whenever something begins to frustrate or bore him is when he begins to shift focus to something else.
However, he is a compassionate god, and will often aid those in need of help in both small and large ways. While he will help nearly anyone who is cruel or wicked, he does favor fellow travelers and explorers.
He is also willing to ignore most small slights against him, however whenever he does lead his protection to a chosen person or group, he is fiercely loyal to them, and can become angry at those who hurt his loyal followers. However, the greatest way to anger the Wanderer is to threaten or attempt to restrict or imprison him. While he is a weak god, those who attempt to cage him and fail will feel the ire of the wandering god.
Put that on my Tabula
Edit: I really shouldn't make a CS right after I wake up, I will come back through and polish this up later, I just want to make sure that there wasn't anything that just wouldn't work with my character concept.
Edit 2: This is the final draft unless I need to change something.
Has Archangel mentioned anything about Apolios, because I have been discussing the domain of my new god with Wretched, and my plan is to create a god of the stars. The reason I discussed that in private is that at the time I thought there might be some lore-stuff, and when I brought it up, there is indeed some lore stuff behind it. While from the name I guessing sun god, which would be fine by me, I am just making sure we are not both trying to make a star god.
I have a plan for a second diety that is going to much more explicitly good. Ferron is good-aligned, but he can overlook wanton destruction so long as it happening over there, and over there doesn't start to mess with his stuff.
Though, part of it is that I want this new god to be born during the RP. For a domain, I was thinking mercy, though I think it might over-lapped a bit to much with health, though the reason is to provide for a counterbalance to the extreme lawfulness of Hyperion and Gammaton, while also countering the general chaos and evil going around.
Cob, the Wandering Dwarf @Dealdric - Deruga ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Cob paused for a moment while the magician spoke. He immediately understand what the fool was trying to say with only a quick glance behind his shoulder. He began to scrap the moss from the rock, and halfhearted shouted to the man, "Perhaps I am overly frank. But I think you misunderstand me. Magic is dangerous to everyone, especially its wielder."
He began to mutter to himself, though loud enough for the magician to hear if he was listening, "How much do you have to give, for something that can be turned against you at the whim of a fickle god." and then almost instinctively, he said, "It is better to build a hovel on solid foundation, rather than a castle in the scorching sands."
As he said it, he kicked the rock he was trying to grow moss from. He picked up his pickaxe, and began to stumble away in the opposite direction. A part of him knew that talking to a magician, much less provoking one, was a bad idea. However there was a bit of a curiosity about the stranger, not because he knew magic, or at least claimed to know magic, but because he was the first human he encountered. However, there would be other humans, and perhaps ones with a better discernment about their worship.

The dwarf paused for a moment, "I suggest turning around, and going back home. Nothing good comes from even getting close to magic." he said, poking the rock he was tending to. After a few moment, "But no, I haven't seen nobody. And I won't be dumb enough to stick around here if I saw a magician."
Ferron had rallied the dwarves, and begun the preparations for the formation of a militia. However, the fear spiral still posed a lingering threat. It had reached deep enough in the earth to influence ore, however he was not sure how deep that the aura descended. This situation required further investigation, however he was still required at the village and a dwarf was ill-suited for the task at hand.
Using his power, he pulled mercury from the earth, and with a name, gave it purpose, "Bishop." It was an amorphous blob of quicksilver, designed to easily traverse even the deepest depths of the earth. He gave its instruction, and it went out achieving them.
It sank into the ground, and began to move towards the fear spiral, guided by divine purpose. Once it reached the divine spiral, it purposefully avoided entering the aura, and begun to descend. It went deeper, and deeper until finally it had reached the core of the earth.
Bishop then reached a part of its formless body into the aura, and began to reach its senses into the aura, and imprinting it on the liquid metal. The afflicted area of its body then broke off from the main mass, and turned black, and began to rush away from the aura. As it did, the main mass engulfed the smaller mass and then brought it back to its creator.
Once it had returned to the colony, it handed Ferron the fear-touched mercury. It then proceeded to form into a ball, and began to expel whatever afflicted material it had accumulated from its journey that was otherwise unaccounted for, until it was once again pure metal-aligned mercury.
Ferron examined the corrupted mercury, and begun to see what the construct sensed. He pushed his way passed the fear essence, and began to form a mental picture. At first, he believed that the spiral had reached down to the core itself, which was a major concern, however then he realized something even more troublesome, that the spiral was growing from the core itself. The material of the spiral was the same as that of the core, and they seem perfectly fused together. After realizing this, he then desperately searched through the material to see if there was any trace of another divine signature, but found none. However, that could be as a result of the fear auras capacity to alter the nature of those within its aura.
Ferron took all of the afflicted pieces of Bishop, and gathered them together and placed them in a lead pot that he had created for this purpose. He would need to see if the process of corruption was reversible.
ᴀ ᴘ ᴘ ᴇ ᴀ ʀ ᴀ ɴ ᴄ ᴇ ᴅ ɪ s ᴄ ʀ ɪ ᴘ ᴛ ɪ ᴏ ɴ ↳ Subject #713 is 6'1 tall, and has an otherwise average build. He has not shown any preference for clothing or hair-style. Due his ability, he is able to alter his hair and eye color, however his natural hair color is brown and his natural eye color is green. His bar code is located on the back of his neck.
ʜ ɪ s ᴛ ᴏ ʀ ʏ ↳ Subject #713 was procured from [Redacted] foster home. He arrived at the facility thirty-two days after his birth, and modifications began twenty-four days after time of arrival.
ᴘ ᴏ ᴡ ᴇ ʀ / ᴀ ʟ ᴛ ᴇ ʀ ᴀ ᴛ ɪ ᴏ ɴ s ↳ Major Power :
Subject #713 is able to temporarily gain the subconscious knowledge of how to preform a specific task, or related group of tasks, by looking directly into the eyes of another person, who is known as a target. This process is called borrowing.
The duration he can store the tasks, and the amount of tasks that he can safely store, are determined by the strength of his power. He is capable of storing additional tasks beyond that, however it can cause symptoms such as headaches, migraines, hormonal imbalances, fainting, paralyze, and memory loss. In normal laboratory testing, he has been shown to borrow the ability to speak, read and write up to three different languages safely for two hours.
He gains no special knowledge from using this ability. For example, whenever he borrows the ability to speak a given language, he is able to speak the language as fluently as the target, by instinctively translating the words. However, he gains no knowledge about the languages grammar, syntax, cultural significance, or double-meanings. He also copies any speech patterns, accent, pronunciations, or other verbal ticks. He is also been shown to mistranslate certain words based on faulty knowledge of the target.
He is also able to learn how to react to certain stimuli based on borrowed skills. For example, if he has borrowed the ability to sword-fight, than he would know both how to attack, and how to parry.
Minor Powers : Enhanced Senses (Sight, Hearing, and Smell) Enhanced Reaction Time Color Shifting (Eyes/Hair)
ᴘ ᴇ ʀ s ᴏ ɴ ᴀ ʟ ɪ ᴛ ʏ ↳ As a result of modification in his infancy, his emotional development has been significantly impacted by his power. Paradoxically, his extraordinary ability has decreased his self-worth. It is believed that is due to the cognitive dissonance created by this ability. Firstly, it externalizes success. Secondly, it creates a disconnect between the conscious brain and the subconscious brain. In addition, it appears as though excessive use of the ability can disrupt the subject's hormones.
As a self-defense mechanism, the subject seeks external validation from both the lab staff and other subjects. He has shown highly altruistic tendencies, even when it is self-destructive. However, the subject can be manipulative. While he can appear well meaning, this merely a tactic to receive attention, and if it is fails, he may attempt other attention-seeking behavior. However, he typically avoids direct confrontations.
