Name: Barclay Melville
Age: 42
Gender: Male
Job: Field Agent
Security level: 3
Personnel Class: B
Personality: A morose and nonchalant sort of guy who doesn't ever seem to be phased by anything, which has lent itself to his career as a field agent constantly being exposed to SCPs. He's also kind of a downer and a killjoy for the same reason, though.
Other: An experience with SCP-1165 as a child means that he basically can no longer live as a civilian or leave the Foundation without being shot/filled up with amnesiacs. He doesn't know much specifically about the security levels above him but knows that there are strange things out there he can't explain.
YES I adore you for making this. Give me a second to get a sheet up.
When she saw the hail coming down, Pepper let out a hapless yelp but very shortly a flowerpot from a shelf inside the house was knocked over and struck in her the head, shattering and spilling dirt all over her head. She passed out and slumped on the ground.

Like their strength isn't their own? [spoiler]

Ooh.
"Oh, that's a good idea. I don't like storms at all, let's go inside where we'll be safe." She smiled at Luke and turned to go in.
Kidd said On top of this, even without human transmutation, you have prodigies: I consider Roy Mustang one. The hatred people give him for being so skilled and so far into his professional career at such a young age is something he managed through hardwork--not trying to bring someone back to life.

*Claps* Nice character analysis. O-o

Okay to build on my last post then- here's a thought, what if only one of the prodigys saw the truth but that one is hiding it somehow, the others are naturally talented.

EDIT: Ninja'd

@Kidd: Right, but "as strong as Edward Elric" seems to indicate the ability to cast without a circle. An idea could be a group of people who all tried to do human transmutation, (some of whom failed completely) and say that they have to undergo training to become state alchemists or face punishment for their crimes.

This is a valid idea as well.
Hmm, good point. Well, it's a start. I've always found the best way to work these things is to add everyone's ideas to get the final product. There's a lot more development to do here.

One possible thought is that the characters in the RP saw the truth somehow, that would be interesting to roleplay because then everyone would be missing something.
Aha that's cool! I could totally roll with that pitch.

Well, it seems like there's enough interest in this at least. =)
Sheridan barely noticed the demon return to him since he was caught up in his movie. When he did see it, the gravity of the situation returned to him. It scampered into his palm and whispered something in his ear in its hoarse little voice. His eyes grew wide.
