Welcome back. I was a returning member as well. Sorry your other RP forum didn't work out. Tends to be the fate of these places. RPG has seemingly unprecedented staying power for an RP site.

I only RP in the history/mystery/paranoid/action genre myself. All together like that. It has to be all of those in one.

Good luck here at RPG. There is a lot to choose from here, and if you don't find anything you like, you can always make your own RP. A novel-based RP sounds like it could work pretty well.

I actually use Google search a majority of the time. The right search terms, coupled with filters for colors and sizes, can at least find you pictures from other archives if not the picture you needed to start with.

Oh I forgot all about the "photography" of artful nudity, in which the subject stares forlornly into the camera, as if looking directly at me and knowing exactly how I came across their picture. Because I plugged in the search term "desert city".

There are legitimate artists who use it as an easily referenced archive, but mostly you just tend to get ponies, sonic, weird horse RP characters, or furries no matter WHAT THE SEARCH TERM. YOU CAN LITERALLY TYPE IN 'ROMAN ARCHITECTURE' AND FIND BLUE HORSES OR FURRIES

Ah, I was just looking at the website. I use DevArt when I'm lazy and need pictures for something, but that place is a cesspit of fan art and I avoid it as much as possible. Haven't been an active user since about 2009.

No problem at all, it was a lot of info and you joined a little later in the game. I wouldn't expect or ask anyone to read every word of the RP when it doesn't pertain to their own character.

Also I found some more art. It reminded me of the spirit of my dear Knights.
