History:Alionna Silentread's home, like a lot of homes, was burned down by the horrible Demon Lord. Her family, the ones that survived, joined a nomadic group of elves. They had taken in a number of children that had become orphans when the Demon Lord attacked. At the time she was still very young herself but she did her best to help the adults. Joining the larger group she made a number of friends, such as Garen Trask, a rather serious boy that was 7 years her senior. Alionna would follow the Garen when he went to practice alone and watch him fire arrows at his targets. At first her presents would bug him and he'd be farther annoyed when Alionna fetched his arrows from his targets, however, they grew to be close friends. Ali would bring snacks and bandages for when Garen's fingers would get sore from pulling on his bow string all day. Garen would tell her stories about his people, who were more in touch with the wild than hers. Ali would tell him about the tall buildings and the magic brooms that would sweep the streets on there own.
As Alionna grew so did her devotion to her goddess Sarenae and though her people were going through dark times she looked to the goddess for guidance. Ali became a priestess of the goddess and Sarenae seemed to bless the young elf as she grew powerful in the ways of the divine. She had long stopped watching Garen practice with his bow, but they would speak with one another, if only in passing, as they had both become busy with the path they had chosen.
However, during her training with the other priestess her group was attack by a single powerful demon. The priestess of Sarenae fought the demon but she proved to be too strong and one by one slayed Alionna's sisters. The young priestess was the only one left, however, not done the nefarious demon marked the elven girl with her hellish flames. The burns covered her abdomen, upper arms, and the left side her lower back. The Demon laughed at the girls pain and with a final mark she mockingly caressed Ali's left cheek, cutting deep into her flesh with her long claw like finger. As the nail dragged along her cheek the flames cauterized the wound leaving a gruesome scare that only a demon could give.
A decade had past from her encounter with the demon that toyed with her, testing her faith in the Dawn Flower. She had grown strong even with the ever creeping pain that the demon's mark had left. With the help of other priest, even of different deities, she has soften the curses effect so she could live with the pain and not give into insanity. Even still she must contently meditate to keep the pain in check, else she could lose herself in the torment.
When the Hero came in search of allies, she had join Sven as Garen did in hopes of putting down the Demon Lord for good. Through countless battles, her allies were finally ready to storm the demon's strong hold. They had fought their way through the demon's allies were close to the actual villain himself. However, just before confronting the Demon Lord, she had sustained a-would-be fatal wound. She was able to heal herself before succumbing to the injury but she could not join her allies in the final battle instead she returned to a forward camp her allies had secured.
After the Demon had fallen, reports from those who were lucky enough to return had said that Sven betrayed them all. The former Hero of the Light had taken the Demon Lords power and turned it against the entire world. A month later Ali finds herself wondering village to village helping anyone she can or destroying the unholy creatures the Betrayer had left behind.
