RYu finished his lunch in blissful silence, and with quite a bit of time in the lunch period to spare. So he took his time returning to the classroom, silently observing fellow students as he passed. A girl in the hall was obviously incredibly vain, given the sheer amount of cosmetics and the perpetual hand mirror that seemed all but glued to her hand. He passed a boy who's dark circles under his eyes indicated he was either something of an insomniac or he played a lot video games in poorly lit rooms.

And this went on until he reached his classroom where Ryu took his seat, the earlier phenomena returning to the forefront of his thoughts. What could cause four people to hallucinate simultaneously? It might be worth some minor of investigation and to that end Ryu pulled a medical encyclopedia from his bag, quickly scanning the index for what he was looking for. Yes, just a bit of light reading until afternoon classes started.
I will say that Ryu will never willingly sign up for a dorm. So either a teacher or something hunts him down and makes him or he finds out it's free lodging.
Ryu dully took notes as his morning classes passed by completely uneventfully until the chime for lunch signaled. However instead of bursting from the classroom like a wild animal Ryu instead patiently waited for most to leave before packing up and seeking out nourishment that would be his midday meal. Howver shortly after the chime sounded everything momentarily froze as the entire surface of the floor was replaced with a mirror, however instead of seeing himself on the other end he saw a glob of darkness meandering about, it's yellow eyes gazing this way and that.

The young man caught it's eyes and the two had a stare down until a somewhat familiar voice rang in Ryu's head. "Hour of Reflection?" He took another look at the floor. "Well that part speaks for itself, but what does one reflect upon?" And then everything went back to normal, the world resumed and the noise of students chattering picked back up right where it left off. It was all incredibly eerie, and actually several of his classmates had perturbed looks plastered across their faces. Yet Ryu retained his blank visage and started towards the door, he stopped briefly when another student stood at the front of the classroom and started talking, something about an investigation.

Ryu completely ignored him as he started down the hall towards the lunch hall. What had happened was odd, and perhaps alluded to a chemical leak in the classroom. Why else would multiple people have hallucinations at the same time? Still, it was of little concern to him, if it happened again maybe he'd think about it more but for now, a great relaxing lunch hour of coffee, melon bread, and a good book as he seated himself in his favorite place, the roof.
That is correct. A Knight's Raiment is projected at age 9-10 and is the perfect weapon for the Knight who uses it. Now who is to say he didn't project his family's heirlooms? Or at least Weapons that looked like them. I can't speak for where the actual weapons might be but perhaps those aren't actually them? Maybe because he has been so distanced from his family he's never even seen the weapons, just their names and that they exist. I don't know, and it's up to Rai to determine that.
It was your Raiment that intrigued me most of all. I like the fact that they are ideals, I assume held by the character. This gives more credence to the perfect weapon aspect. You know, my ideals are my weapons, my honor is my armor. It gives the basis for a very interesting character and I look forward to seeing him fleshed out.
Yeah, I can accept that one, I see no glaring issues with it and I don't expect to find anything under more scrutiny. Again, thank you for being so amendable.
Sometime tonight probably, I was waiting to see if Noel would post her CS, that way I've got most of the characters ready and whatnot.
There's nothing I can really add to Rultaos' very helpful explanation, anything I can think of will actually be covered in the IC.

I will note that your characters shadow isn't a repressed emotion or something that he doesn't want anyone to see, rather it's your greatest desire. You can be as flamboyant about that desire as you like, everyone could know it's what you want. But the Shadow will show your character to just what extent you're actually willing to go for it by subverting and perverting it until it's nearly unrecognizable.
You're accepted Rai, and also the absolute final CS I will take. Welcome aboard, go ahead and post whenever just assume you are also sleeping in the same barracks as everyone else, same goes for you Erode.
The Falcon only made the brown haired young man THINK she was friendly, for when she landed on his arm she purposefully dug her talons a bit deeper piercing straight through the pillowcase and puncturing the young man's arm. Not really deep enough to do any lasting damage, but enough to draw blood and hurt like hell. As soon as the pandemonium broke loose she jumped off the boy's arm and deftly dodged any pillow, Raiment, or Magistra aimed her war way with immense ease. No it wasn't until one recruit managed to ground her that she was caught and thrown into a sack. "Alright you got him! That damn bird, who do you guys think sent it?" Roland asked the group as a whole, clearly impressed by the skill of his fellow recruits.

However while they were talking the falcon was in a very bad mood within the sack, surely they should know that grounding her and throwing her in a sack would piss her off. But of course they didn't know just who they were dealing with..... Koren felt the bag go completely still for a few minutes before it exploded in a flurry of air and feathers, sending the falcon soaring towards the windowsill where she perched herself, purposefully staring at the occupants of the room. "Hey! Look at it's leg!" Roland pointed at the now perched falcon. And sure enough now that she's actually sitting still a note wrapped around her right leg could be seen. "How do you think we get that? I don't want to hurt it."
