Alright cool. I'll post myself, I've already got an interesting idea I think.

Depends, any normal physical force, not unless it was supremely strong. As in, not something any human could likely achieve on his own. Add some kind of enhancement magic to it, far more likely. Though any piece that shatters or breaks off would melt and reform back where it belongs.
It's not that it will never separate from his body but that he always has access to it, as in Garret can never ever be disarmed. Being that Proteus itself is a magical force, and it somewhat has a mind of it's own. What it does is if any part of it is separated from Garret's body all it takes is a thought from him to instantly call it back to him, as it shares a fraction of his soul. So when I say thrown like a javelin he literally makes a javelin and throws it, only for that weapon to melt and be recalled back to his hand.

And as for how much armor he can have whilst still being armed, he can make a full suit of plate mail and still have enough for a medium sized shield and weapon. Or two medium sized weapons. One of Garret's signature battle styles is fully armored with two longswords.

Edit: Also, I elaborated further upon his race. I keep forgetting that I should probably explain everything that comes up about my own world.
Well, in the interest of progress I'm going to try to move our plot along next week. So that gives us all a bit of time to wrap up our interactions. And Chukkle, we honestly aren't very far in so if you want to make another character, or try to get this one back you're more then welcome too.
"Hahahaha, yeah. The amount of fire hazards in this year's ceremony was uh....Unnerving to say the least. I'm not looking forward to the closing ceremony in that regard." Again Hedeki scratched the back of his head as he gave another small smile. The young man took a seat in one of the chairs that adorned the room, frowning ever so slightly at Nanase's seemingly disinterest in the first classes.

"Well my first class was certainly interesting. Had a teacher by the name of Satoru Masanori, any idea who he is? If his name's Satoru he's related to th-." His hand drifted to his bandage when Nanase interrupted him. Hideki quickly looked away as he stammered to give a response. "Uh, I, uh...It was a kendo accident. A little mishap with a broken shinai." He shifted uncomfortably in his seat as he tried to change the subject. "So Madame President! Got any extra curricular clubs planned this year? Aside from Student Council of course."
Marks Family Mansion.

Rain. Rain and rain. He liked the rain, despite it's dreary and depressing connotations it also brought life. These were the thoughts of Richard Marks as he stared out his window, stared out into the dark, dreary, damp landscape outside. He turned from the window, his hand drifting towards his mustache. Yes he still had preparations to make, very important preparations. His dark, intelligent eyes found the command seals branded upon the back of his hand, so many preparations to make if he was to win the Holy Grail.

A few hours later and his work nearly complete. All that was left was to place the catalyst and begin the incantation. A giant pentagram drawn in blood defaced the cold stone floor of the cellar he now occupied. No windows, no light save from the sole torch on the wall. Richard didn't even know if it was still raining, but in the end he supposed it mattered very little. He took the wooden box sitting on a nearby table, slowly opening the gilded wood to reveal it's contents. A rusted, ruined piece of cloth and metal that is said to be the hilt of one of the many swords of the great Japanese hero who died standing. The mighty warrior who defeated 999 samurai in single combat. This ancient, rusted piece of metal, was said to be the hilt of the sword of Benkei. And it would be the ticket to summoning one of the most powerful servants in the Holy Grail War.

And so he placed the hilt in the exact center of the pentagram. He stood before the sigil, right hand extended and felt....Pride? At what he was about to achieve or what he had already achieved he was not certain. But surely with the summoning of this Saber, the Holy Grail would most certainly be his. And so his deep, booming voice began the incantation, the long ancient rite that would summon and bind this heroic spirit to him.

"Silver and iron to the origin.
Gem and the archduke of pacts to the foundation.
Let the descending winds become a wall.
Let the gates in four directions close, rising above the crown, and let the three-forked road leading to the kingdom rotate.

Shut (fill). Shut (fill). Shut (fill). Shut (fill). Shut (fill).
Five perfections for each repetition.
And now, let the filled sigils be annihilated in my stead!

—Set.
Let thy body rest under my dominion, let my fate (doom) rest in thy blade.
If thou submittest to the call of the Holy Grail and if thou wilt obey this will and reason, then answer my summoning!

—I make my oath here.
I am the person who is to become the virtue of all Heaven.
I am that person who is covered with the evil of all Hades.

Thou seven heavens, clad in a trinity of words,
come past thy restraining rings,
O keeper of the balance—!”

Richard could feel his prana being expended as the circle glowed brighter and brighter at his incantation. He could feel the raw power emanating from the light and he smiled, he smiled like a kid opening his first gifts on Christmas morning. Surely this would be the servant that would win him the Grail. And in his excitement, as the light was reaching it's brightest he couldn't help but call out. "Arise, Saber! Arise and fight with me for the Holy Grail!" And he laughed, a deep booming sound that permeated the air until the light turned dark. The laughter immediately ceased as Richard tried to determine what was going wrong. The power he felt before was only a mere fraction compared to what he felt now but this was different, this was sinister.

Finally the dark light exploded and his creation could be seen. Richard could only stare in awe before finally uttering. "What......What are you?"
Name: Garret Llewellyn
Race: Human (Sort of)

Gender: Male
Age: 35

Height/Weight: 6'2"/ 230 Ibs
Personality/Interests: Garret is solid, spirited, caring. He is quite the jovial man, quick to smile and laugh, friendly to all he meets and doesn't hesitate to help those in need, a true knight. He is supremely gifted in martial combat, spending more then half his life training and mastering weapon after weapon, earning him great respect amongst his allies.

Appearance: A tall man standing about 6'2". He has dark blue eyes and neck length brown hair that's swept back, resembling a mane. He is a rather muscular man, remaining in peak physical form typical of the Knights. His unshaven face bears creases that come from smiling too often, as well as a few small scars.

Details:
Body build: Muscular
Hair: Swept back, mane-like
Hair color: Chestnut Brown
Skin color: Lightly tanned.
Eye/Iris color: White/Dark Blue
Notable Features: Full beard, crow's feet, small scars on his face, long pointed nose.

Clothing Description: Generally light clothes with standard leather boots, as well as a red waist cloth.

Equipment: Garret carries little to nothing, only a simple waterskin and some camping provisions, flint, dried meats and fruits, things of that nature.

Weapon(s)
Garret's only weapon is his greatest strength, and the power that gave him the title of One Man Army.

Knight's Raiment:
Proteus, the Master Arm.
Proteus' true form is that of a glob of liquid metal that shapes into whatever it's wielder wills it whether it be a weapon, armor, or a combination of both. It is ice cold to the touch and will never separate from it's bearer, additionally it can gain a will of it's own should the wielder fall unconscious. It's wielder can alter Proteus' physiology at any time, meaning he can throw it as a javelin then alter the head to that of a morning star after it has pierced the flesh. The limits being that Proteus itself will only become armaments suitable for combat.

Proteus can alter it's shape into that of any other armament from a longsword to a halberd, hammer to axe, greatsword to rapier, it can even form a suit of armor. As such it grants it's wielder great versatility, though only if the user is proficient with many weapons. However, in all it's forms it retains a few key characteristics.
-All forms are made of the same material, some form of steel or silver with golden etchings.
-There are runes etched into the blade or body of all forms, easily identifying the weapon.

Proteus itself is a magical force, and it somewhat has a mind of it's own. What it does is if any part of it is separated from Garret's body all it takes is a thought from him to instantly call it back to him, as it shares a fraction of his soul. So when I say thrown like a javelin he literally makes a javelin and throws it, only for that weapon to melt and be recalled back to his hand.

Aside from Proteus, Garret is proficient with a few Knight Magistra, spells from his world.

Magistra:
-Regeneration
By channeling one's energy, a knight can continuously heal minor wounds, even in battle. This Magistra is in effect as long as you keep channeling energy to it, though eventually it may drain life force. Be wary of the knight who wields this Magistra, for he shall not fall easily.

-Cleanse
A Magistra in which one focuses their energy into cleansing the body of all impurities. This act of course, takes time and absolute focus otherwise not everything might be cleansed.

-Shockwave
A simple Magistra in which a knight focuses his energy inward, then releases it in a forceful wave, propelling foes back and deflecting projectiles. An alternate method is to focus the release emitting a ball of force from one's hands.

Well, I'm here! And I'll have a CS up in a few days after I finish reading and processing this information goldmine!
Well, let's do at least one, so Richard or Mamoru, whichever you prefer is fine by me.
Well fine then, I guess? Well Dblade, looks like you and I are partners. So, with Raineh's blessing, how do you want to start this?
Well, it seems to me by looking at the list in the OP, that there are three masters that can be shifted around. This Unfinished Magus that's paired up with Saber, Mamoru, and then my master, Richard. So, the options following that principle are: Richard and Benkei, Unfinished and Roland, Saber and Mamoru. Or: Richard and Saber, Unfinished and Benkei, Roland and Mamoru. Both of those alignments would give everyone someone different on each pairing.
