I'm interested, though it's a tentative interest until more information can be gathered.
So it seems like we're down to four caravaners, Riku, Rika, Liaset, and Lye Dot?
Sorry for the delay! I've been at a conference since Friday and I just got back. I'll get a post up as soon as I can!
Riku woke a few hours before dawn and then spent the next hour tossing and turning trying to get more sleep. It's no use. Best try and do something productive now that I'm awake. And so the young clavat scoured his room and possessions to ensure he had packed everything he needed. Riku sat on the floor, rifling through his pack and going through a mental checklist. Spellbook, check. Snacks, check. Change of clothes, check. Map, check. Journal, check. I think that's everything. He nodded to himself as his gaze drifted out the window where the morning light was just starting to drift in. I should probably get dressed then. *Sigh* I hope the others got more sleep then I did.

About a half hour later Riku was dressed and making the final adjustments on his armor. It wasn't a very ornate piece, actually it was entirely patchwork made up of various pieces of mail and leather he had collected over the past few years. But it was comfortable and easy to move around in, plus it protected all the important places. With that the young Clavat quietly made his way down the stairs, ever careful so as not to awaken any of his family. He wasn't thinking about leaving without saying goodbye, oh no. But he figured he could at least have breakfast ready by the time they woke up.
His plan went perfectly as by the time his parents came down stairs Riku had breakfast made and on the table, needless to say his father was surprised. A bit later his little sister, Elizabeth, came down too. She loved it when her brother cooked and happily ate just about everything he gave her. It was a little unnerving to say the least, like no matter how much she ate she'd just keep eating and would stay the exact same size.

Shortly after the family breakfast it was time for Riku to go, his sister, with tears in her eyes, gave him a hug. "Be careful big bro." Was all she said before their father chimed in. "Oh come on Elizabeth, you promised you wouldn't cry remember?" Alan Castillon laughed as he clapped his son on the shoulder. The little girl puffed out her cheeks and glared at her father. "Yeah but Big Bro's leaving! I can cry if I want!" Elizabeth turned back to her brother who knelt down next to his sister and mussed her hair. "Hey, don't worry. I'll be back before you know it. And with a Chalice full of Myrrh too! Count on it!" She gave him a warm smile and a final hug, then drifting behind their father who had a pouch and something else in his hands. "Here son," Alan placed a small bag of money in his son's hands. "It's not much, but remember what I taught you."
"A little money goes a long way!" Riku immediately interjected, reciting his father's old saying by heart causing the man to laugh.

"Ahahaha, that's right. A little goes a long way. I have something else for you too, it's old, but dependable. It's the sword I used when I was your age. It'll serve you as well as it did me." He handed the sword to the young Clavat who drew the weapon without hesitation. It was a simple double edged sword made of steel, with a plain crossguard and nut-shaped pommel. Riku sheathed the blade and smiled at his father, trying desperately to hold back his tears. "C'mere boy." Alan pulled his son into a final hug before they parted, each with their final goodbyes.

And so Riku Castillon's journey with the Crystal Caravan began as he finished his goodbyes with his family and ran to the bridge where his companions would surely be awaiting him. There he found three of his comrades already there, two Selkies and a Lilty. "Morning' guys!" He called to them, a smile on his face.
Kazuki silently observed his colleagues. Some in his situation might ingratiate themselves with the new found people in a similar situation, they were all in the same boat as it were. Yet Kazuki had no particular interest in socializing, they had nothing to offer him therefore there was no reason to interact. It was as simple as that. Some might call his personal philosophy jaded or cynical, but it made a lot of sense. The only reason people interact with one another is because they needed something from each other, money, goods, emotional support, sex, drugs, alcohol, what have you. No, he needs none of these things from this particular group so he is content with standing alone in the dark and observing, planning his next course of action. His first subject to tackle being what alternate degree to pursue. While he had no intention of failing any of the Dean's tests having a contingency was always a wise course of action.
Selkie!

-Setting: This RP will be set apart from the canon series and will take place during the 'natural' 5th Holy Grail War set 60 years after the 4th war. As in the timeline proceeds as if the grail wasn't corrupted.

-The plot: We will play both servants and Magi who fight for the Holy Grail. Magi are modern masters of mage-craft who have created the Holy Grail Wars to have their own wishes granted. Generally the wish is find the root of all magic, however each individual mage has his own goals. A servant is summoned by the grail and manifests as a Heroic Spirit taking physical form to fight for the grail and have their wish granted. A Heroic Spirit being a being of great renown, King Arthur, CĂș Chulainn, King Iskandar etc and fall into 7 'classes', Saber, Lancer, Archer, Rider, Assassin, Caster, and Berserker, and there can only be one servant per class.

-Additional notes: This RP is based off of the popular Fate/Stay Night/Fate/Zero anime however I will be taking my own particular liberties in the interested making this more enjoyable.

-Fuyuki City: For as long as anyone can remember Fuyuki City has been ground zero for the Holy Grail Wars. It is separated into two sections by the river Mion that can be considered two towns, Shinto and Miyama City, which are the new and old sections respectively. While not based directly on a real city, many of the locations are based on those located in Kobe.

Okay, now that the essential info is out of the way, here's how this is going to work.
-We are all going to fight each other. If that's not your thing I strongly advise you don't try to play.
-However this isn't clash of egos or anything of the sort, this is, first and foremost, an RP, NOT an arena. Meaning I expect characterization, decent writing ability, and I shouldn't have to say it but, no god modding please.
-Any disputes or arguments will be resolved amongst yourselves or by me if it gets out of hand.
-As far as canon servants goes, so long as you can come up with a unique, and balanced interpretation apart from canon I'll allow them.
-I will only except 6 players for this RP, that would make 7 players counting myself. Also you will each be required to have two characters, one mage and one servant.
-Have fun people! We're just trying to kill each other for a magical artifact that will grant our every desire!

So yeah, feel free to ask questions or post character sheets. I'll look over them and we can talk about them.
Are you going to have a character Omnial? Also we seriously need some Selkies in here!
CC RP? How can I possibly say no? Anyway here's my CS.

Kazuki watched the fight completely enthralled, any coherent thought he might've had was completely thrown out the window. It defied any source of logical reasoning. Not only was this old man the grim reaper, but he could summon a scythe from nowhere and was a martial artist on top of that. Still, it was an amazing show. He listened to the Dean's words very carefully, attempting to find any hidden meanings, though it didn't seem like there was anything to find. Remarkable as it seemed the Dean appeared to be straightforward with them, at least so far.

Did he actually want to be the Grim Reaper? He honestly didn't know. Was it something he was willing to stake his life on? Still, no answer is forthcoming. The Dean seems to think everyone here could. so why not him? Hmmm, nothing to do about it now but see how things shape up. Kazuki examined his fellow students and noticed a few taking the Dean's last sentence to heart. He of course didn't feel the need to establish any form of relationship quite yet. If the time came he'd see to it, after all that's how humans worked. They only ever interact with one another when there is something to be gained. Everyone follows this same basic principle, even himself. And so Kazuki Yasuhiro stood alone in the corner, waiting to see what happens next.
