Yes, Lilith is the alpha. The barely over 4'11' Lilith is the alpha of this pack of midgets and eldrich beings.
Lilith's eyes glittered as she heard the mysterious man mention her advertisement. It worked! It worked! For once in her life, something actually worked! She flushed and beamed at the man, feeling overwhelmingly proud of her self.

"You've heard of us?" she asked as Elras slit his entire hand open. "Oh, you'll have to excuse me a moment, I need to help him clean up."
Lilith's lightning fast reflexes struck yet again when the paper seemingly replaced the glass in Elras' hand.

"Now a brave and tough guy like you wouldn't be afraid to sign in blood, would you?"

Her sight wandered over to the man in the shadows once again before she called out "you can come in and stay the night if you'd like. We don't have much, bud the beds are comfy at the very least."
We're going to be the best terrible guild ever!
Lilith grinned. She had him hook line and sinker. If she were lucky, perhaps she could rope that nymph that liked to hang around the area in too.

"I would be honored to have someone as brave and noble such as yourself."

She then looked up and noticed someone cautiously listening in in a manner she assumed was supposed to be stealthy. He didn't look to be the adventuring type, so she didn't want to get cocky and push her luck with him. She noticed Saarai'a approach him as well, so she figured she might as well call out to him.

"Hello, friend, are you lost?"
not gonna lie, I'm super happy people are participating in this rp
At this point Lilith could smell the new blood. Today was basically the best day of her life! Was this what a birthday felt like? Lilith had never had a birthday before...she wondered if it had to do with the advertising she had done in the neighboring town. It had never worked so well before...

She shook her head and pushed the thoughts aside before grabbing a glass of water and walking it over to the halfling boy by the fallen door.

"Hello, welcome. We just so happen to be looking for brave adventurers such as yourself."
Lilith returned from one of the back rooms stretching out her arms. She blinked when she saw the document was already signed, albeit a bit cruder than the last one, but that was only normal.

"I can't believe it, you actually signed!" she chirped giddily before quickly picking up the contract and running back to the room calling out "it's too late, you can't quit now."

This day was utterly baffling to her, somebody actually [b]wanted[b] to join, even after knowing what had happened to the previous guild members. Artorius would get a kick out of this.
Once again, Lilith whips the totally not soul binding contract out of her pact so fast that it just looks like it appears in her hand,

"Oh, it's nothing big or anything, I just need you to sign this...with your blood." she gave an innocent smile before pondering for a moment "oh shoot! I never put Drek's contract in the files!"

she placed the blank contract on the table and grabbed the drunkard's before running to another room.

"Drek, rude. Don't just topple me then ignore me." Lilith huffs as she picks herself off the ground and dusts herself off, looking childlike with her cheeks puffed out in a pout.

She shoves the drunk aside before continuing.

"Now, miss Saarai'a, was it? Would you like something to drink or eat? I'm sure your journey wore you down. I can only offer you grilled cheese and tomato soup, but we have many drinks like water, rum, beer, barley tea, coffee, honey mead..."
