Yeah, your downfall in this case was, I think, that you jumped the gun and wrote up a character without having all the details that will be in the OOC, like the location and setting.

Also, Magecraft isn't really the sort of thing you just pick up at the drop of a hat. Your history has a lot of pointless stuff about otaku and crossdressing, but nothing about where or when you character learned to use Magic. I would suggest taking the time between now and when I get OOC up to read up on some Nasuverse lore on the Type Moon wiki and then made some adjustments to your CS, after all I don't get the final say on submissions but rather it'll be put to a vote between our three GMs and it looks like you'd already get one no, as things stand.

Aoi i'm not sure what you're asking, but if it's whether or not you can play as a member of an established family (Tohsaka, Einzbern, etc) then the answer is yes. You are also welcome to make up a new magus family and family line.

Also your Magecraft is a bit off the canon I suggest looking up Magecraft on the Type Moon wiki. As for Assets, they refer to things like a safe house, financial backing, any regular human servants, personal cars, etc
