How exactly is the leveling system going to work? If it's going to be implemented at all?

I actually have never used Cloyster, even in all of my Randomizer Nuzlockes. It always seemed like an interesting Pokemon though.
To this day I don't know why exactly I adore CloyCloy, yet I do. :3
